Just a little bit will do the job.
I did my homework on making home made Pastrami. Good Pastrami is impossible to find in the Deep South. I was very pleased with my first attempt. I could also control what went into my Pastrami. You use just a small amount of the pink Salt Cure, but it helps me use less regular salt. This is great for people on low sodium diets.

Tiny package
Tiny package for the price. The name is misleading. I believe this is just Prague #1 salt and not exactly used for sausages Pay a bit more you can get a 500+ grams package.
