Reasonable pain relief but came off after a few hours

Sticks well , however, it gave no pain releif at all despite leaving it on for the recommended time.

It did seem to work but it doesn't stick for long, and you can't reapply because there isn't any stickiness left.

I used this on my hip through the night and it did work but part came loose and stuck to my pj but I can't say how long it was on before it did. They do work and I'm on high dose of morphine along with other tabs but I still don't get a night's sleep. But I reckon I got an extra hour and a bit. If you're like me and you need something through the night, and who wants to keep getting up to take tablets, try this instead. I do like the fact you can get just one and test it before taking the plunge and paying for a full pack and not using them.

Pain relief did not stick even though surpossod to be self sticking did not give any pain relief whatsoever I would not give it even one star
