Faulty product the delivered. FM mode not activating, only bluetooth mode is enabled. As per Amazon, replacement is available but Portronics is asking for sending the product to service centre on my cost. Amazon is not accepting replacement, just showing chat with us with their pathetic AI. Fraud company both Portronics and Amazon. Shameful.

Sound Is Pretty Loud. And Base is Also Good. Want A Good Speaker With Perfect Base Go For It. Quality of the material used in making is also good. Rubber finishing is giving it Premium Feel.Voice Quality is Also Nice....Problems:1= Sometime Connection Problem With My Laptop. In Phone Never Face Any Problem. (After Trying. Remove Device - >Then Pairing Again It Works Fine With Laptop)....Problem 2= Battery BackUp Slightly Less. Like I With 40% Volume only it Works For 5to 6hr Max. Not Tried with 100% Volume But At max 2hr I think.

Thought fm would be there as per the discription in Amazon and portronics but no fm in 12w. Other qualitys are fine, improvement need in sound distortion reduction. Charger wire lenght is very short moderate battery life. Bluetooth connectivity and volume control are good.
