keys stick constantly
I bought a new Smart TV about 5 years ago an a simular remote came with it. Since the remote worked well for 5 years I thought it would be a good idea to buy a replacement. This remotes keys stick constantly and it take great finger strength to use it. I am very unhappy with this product. I just wish I would have returrned it during the time period available.

can't get it to work
Third remote from this seller. First one - the power button didn't work after a few months. Second one - couldn't get the pointer to work. Third one - went through set up several times and volume button and pointer don't work. Getting ready to return 3rd one,.

It only lasted 1 year snd 6 weeks. Same one that came with tv working 5 years so far.
The middle button for pause will not work.

Limited Functionality
The unit had limited functions and is different from a similar model AN -MR18BA provided by the manufacturer LG. It lacks a pause button and resume forward button and has buttons that are unrelated to normal use. The buttons TEXT and TOPT do not work and are not pertinate.

Poor design
The main button for voice and toggling was broken when trying to use.
