It was not as advertised. There isn't as much storage as advertised, the Xbox can only be turned on from the remote. You can't turn it on by pressing the power button on the Xbox. The controller came without a back. I want a refund this is stupid. I paid this much for a crappy Xbox I should have just bought it brand new.

It works, but the controller has problems with a couple of the buttons.

So sad and disappointed. We were so excited to give this to our boys for Christmas. They opened it up and it was clear that it is a used item. The box is old and torn up. We tried to connect it so the boys could play, it doesn’t work. We tried troubleshooting it, nothing. It was so hard to see the disappointment on their faces. We saved to buy this for them. I’m hoping the seller will do the right thing and reimburse us. 🥲
