My girlfriend and I started using matcha in our diet just a few weeks before UseMatcha released their first product. Given the fact that we were still at the beginning, we tried a few variations, from different brands, including the 50-50 ceremonial and cooking variation that UseMatcha launched, and we have to say we liked it a lot. When they announced the launching of a new product, the ceremonial matcha, we really couldn’t wait to get our hands on it, so we ordered it right away.The ceremonial matcha from UseMatcha comes in a nice tin can, with a seal that you take off and an airtight lid. The powder is a bright, beautiful green, that mixes really well, making a rich froth and leaving no sediments when using a bamboo whisk. The taste is wonderful, really smooth, better that the 50-50 Ceremonial and Cooking mix I previously bought from them, and that really says a lot, given the fact that their 50-50 mix is better that other cooking degree matcha we’ve tried. We loved this ceremonial matcha from the first cup we drank.So far we only used it just to make the traditional matcha drink and a few lattes, given the fact that it is a little more pricey, but we consider it is worth the investment, for such a smooth and delicious experience.
