Q: Are these actually flexible? I have purchased others which look flexible but when even slightly bent they pop out of the collar cap.

The flex tubes flexed for me, just make sure the collar cap is snug.

Q: Can you store the spout inverted into the can?

Yes. That’s why the stopper cap is included in the kit which is used to cover the spout when it’s inverted into the can and not in use.

Q: The package did not include the vents? Is there any way you can send them to us? Thanks

Mine didn’t come with them either. Amazon customer service told me I could return. I think it’s false advertising. I just ordered a5pack off eBay for like $2bucks.
