Seems like a good mix of electrolytes, with no sugar. Since it comes as a concentrate, you can mix it any way you like it. It can turn into a caked-salt mess if you let it get old. I couldn't find a ready made drink that was just what I wanted for a long time, so this seemed like my best bet. Don't use too much, or you get a briny mix for sure!

After surgery, I became very dehydrated. My doctor recommended Elete as an easy way to rehydrate me. I love it because it doesn't have a taste and the water tastes crystal clear. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. In fact I will be ordering more. Thanks so much for this product
