Very good and helpful bookI found it useful but there is no practice question

Purchased for my daughter as she is a fan of BTS. She finds the book format very clear and helpful.

If it weren't for this book, I'd probably have stopped learning Korean a very long time ago.This book is for absolute beginners to Korean and teaches the very essentials, it is very laid back and not overly serious unlike some other books for studying Korean I have.I bought this as my first book for studying Korean, and I couldn't have made a better choice. It teaches verb conjugation, the Korean alphabet, a decent amount of vocabulary and even some little anecdotes from the author to add a slight personal touch to it.After reading this book I was able to have basic conversations with Koreans and understand some of what they were saying.For absolute beginners to the Korean language, this book is a must have. Right alongside the Billy Go books.

I found this book not very user friendly and not enjoyable to read. Alot of paragraphs of words just making it difficult to read. I'm sure the content could be good but as a beginner I didn't enjoy using it and there are other beginner books which are much better and focus more on practical speaking elements instead of throwing too much detail at you too quickly

Have only had it for a week but it seems like a great book. The narrator is funny and adds a few jokes sometimes. It is a great book to get into learning Korean!

Although I haven't finished it yet, this book is definitely the most helpful when it comes down to the basics of the Korean language
