Great quality
These are actually very good speaker stands. They are rated for 11 lbs and my speakers are 8 lbs. They are a little top heavy. I had to turn the gooseneck the opposite way to balance the weight. Im overall satisfied. I may add a 5 lb base weight at some point. I saw some for a canopy weights that would work perfectly. They are flat with an opening to slide around the post. I'll edit my post when I add them.

Fits Vizio SB3651 Rear Speakers
I was a bit apprehensive due to some reviewers saying the input cable from Vizio didn’t fit the hole in the speaker stand. I took a risk given the diameter in the description read .59 inches. The risk paid off, I was able to pull the wire from the bottom by tying some fish line to the “rca” style cable and pulling it up as I set up the top half of the stand. The only drawback to this set is the speaker attachment unit. The holes in it definitely don’t allow for the Vizio cable to fit through. But that’s all right if you’re okay with setting up your speakers horizontally. It doesn’t bother me and if it did, I could’ve easily drilled the hole bigger to fit my needs. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase. Affordable and practical!

Pretty Good For The Price
Overall a pretty decent set up for the price. One of the two bases is loose, wiggles a bit. i don't think it's going to be an issue, but was disappointing. I bought these for the rears of Samsung Q990D. I had read that they fit them. Well, they *do, but not great. The supplied hardware did not work with the speakers. The screws were way too long even when using the supplied spacer. Also kind of annoying is the bottom of the speaker touches the stand/pole. Fortunately I had some hardware and was able to secure the speakers to the stands. I also used the extra rubber foot pads that were supplied to put between the speaker and the stand where it touched to eliminate possible vibrations. Long story short, if you have the same speakers, I would probably look at a different option. Otherwise, pretty decent.

Greatest Stands on Earth
I am fairly sure that the two stands can survive a nuclear blast. When the box came in I thought these were going to be made out of weak flimsy plastic but when I watched the mail delivery put his back brace on and asked me to sign, I knew right then and there.. I underestimated this product. As if it was made out of the same material as Thor's Hammer, one man alone couldn't pick it up. As we two men carried this mighty product in to my house, the concrete stairs started to crack.. The wood floors wear creaking and my legs wear screaming! As we slowly lowered the box on the work bench, I believed I wasn't worthy enough to own this equipment. As I grabbed my K-Bar to open this incredibly designed box and gaze upon these stands, instantly I assumed they were created by a higher power! They were perfectly designed to support all my speakers regardless of shape or size, make or design.. The perfect equipment that man has ever made!! As I screwed in the harden steel rods into the massive stands, I felt like a blacksmith making the perfect weapon to slay dragons! When I mounted the speakers onto the frame and stepped back to view my perfect creation, I felt tears formed.. I will never feel as accomplished in my life again. 5/5 Perfect!

I’m keeping it anyway but It is correct that the Visio plug will not fit through the rod but also…
It is correct that the Visio plug will not fit through the rod. All they had to do was make a hole about an eighth of an inch bigger, and it would fit through perfectly. So I just kept the wires velcroed to the outside of the rod, But the other issue is that the speaker holder which claims to be 1.73 inches tall is well over 2.5 inches tall. So as you can see from the photo, I had to mount my 2” tall horizontal speakers above the bottom of the holder so that the speaker holder would not extend above the speaker. Had I known that I would’ve made a different choice.

Fully satisfied! Be patient during setup and sensible with the speaker choice.
Great stands and very thankful I found these. Was somewhat concerned after reading some of the other reviews, but I am fully satisfied with the end result in my application. I am using them for Episode 500 Satellite speakers that weight 5.4 lbs each. These are the only satellite stands I found that claimed to support more than 5 lbs. (wasn't interested in pedestal stands where speaker couldn't be attached) Speakers are fully secure and stands are as stable as can be on carpeting. These speakers are about 6" deep and are essentially centered above the pole after pushing the mount as far back as possible. I would submit you likely would not want to use these stands for speakers with depths greater than 7, maybe 8 inches. Extension pole does not bend upon extending it approx 44-46" and locks securely. I was able to hand-fish 12AWG Monoprice speaker wire through these stands without issue. It was somewhat of a slow process and had to go top-down (starting with speaker end exit hole). Going the opposite direction would have been much faster but I ran out of patience trying to pull the wire of the exit hole. Perhaps that is where others hit a wall and concluded it couldn't be done. With sensible speaker choices, these stands should work well for you.

Great for Polk Signature S10s, but watch the weight!
These work great with Polk Signature S10 surround speakers. A few tips:Depending on your speaker wire size, install the speaker wire down the tubes BEFORE you mount the speaker - 14 guage wire is a tight fit and gets hung up midway down the tube. The Polk S10s weigh 6 lbs, and the stands are steady 'enough', but should not be placed where they may get knocked around. I do not believe the stands would be suitable for 11 lb speakers. The speakers slide around some on the stand when mounted with the keyhole attachment, so I recommend some sort of soft 'spacer' between the bottom of your speaker and the stand, or think of adding a wood screw or two to really solidify the installation.

Forget Hiding that Cord
Screws didn't fit inside the washer, no possible way to hide the cord they give you inside that pole
