they came fast in the mail. the package is good. the top screws on/off as expected. Product inside looks good. One cannot expect to feel differently after taking them. The doc suggested as a supplement in my case for the tiny add-on effect to the Vascepa I take to lower trigs) to thin blood just a little. On the negative side it might increase PSA in serum. Didn't look good enough when I ordered. List of ingredients list soy and bran oil. Both not good for you. Our government has been trying to kill us with all these cheap ingredients, seed oils, soy, grain products that have been highly modified and sprayed with dangerous chemicals. Do not eat these, read your labels. This product is going in the trash!!

Nothing to dislike, it's a capsule and is easy enough to swallow. No apparent smell though no one was huffing the jar.Huge improvement in fine lines on the hands and arms, since that's where the difference has been most notable so far for her.
