Arrived leaking because lid wasn't on securely when packed. Thats unfortunate and will be a pain to open up and this could easily have been avoided. Hopefully will die nicely though :(

i bleached my hair before i dyed it but it was just way to dark so i decided to just keep the bleach in my head because it was the color i wanted. PLUS IT LOOKED DIRTY AT THE TOP.

Easy to use. Not much mess if your careful and a lovely result. Will buy again
