Ringside Leather Boxing Double End Bag

Very happy with this , wasn’t pleased with the tarp straps but no biggie , I just bought bungee cord at ACE hardware cut it to my specifications and stapled the ends on it and gave them a protective poly hose cover over the nails 👍🏼 Worked out great and fun to workout too, lost track of time.

The bag I love it’s perfect but the “string “ was crap it doesn’t come with a good one but would recommend still but know that you are probably going to want to buy some better things to hold them up with

This bag has withstood serious abuse and shows no real wear. Air pressure is excellent. After a refill and frequent use over a month, there is only slight pressure loss.As I learned the bag and progressed to heavy power shots, the bungees rapidly lost their initial tension. Anchored approx. 8'6" from floor to ceiling, the bag speed is now at about 108 bpm. This slower tempo is just as fun, useful, and challenging for me.I believe the 7" bag would be the best size for novices and intermediates. Large enough to learn on, small enough to really grow into, and it feels properly proportioned for a gloved hand.If you glance the bag on the outside with a wide/heavy punch, the bungee can sling into your arm and break blood vessels, leaving pretty nasty looking marks on the skin. Not bruises or burns, but like long hickeys. The pain is minimal in comparison to how the marks appear. They are non-serious.This bag is excellent for exercise and training. I would highly recommend it along with a good pair of boxing gloves.

This is my first double end bag. I love it. It was easy to inflate the bladder. The bag comes with two solid, strong bungee cords with hooks. I use the long one at the bottom, but I use a rope at the top to give me the height I want for the bag.I have been hitting it now twice per week for about 15 - 20 minutes per for the past year. I find a need to add a little bit of air in it maybe every 2 months or so. The Bladder is still good.I wrapped a little gorilla tape around the edges of the metal bungee cord hooks, otherwise they can scrape your skin pretty good.Sometimes I use a less stiff bungee cord at the bottom to make the bag travel further and be less predictable when punching. This bag jas been tremendous in really helping me to develop boxing skills that I would have never learned from just hitting a heavy bag.

Great quality bag and easy to set up. I recommend that instead of using one of the bungees for the top strap, instead use a rigid strap/cord to better control the movement of the bag. I myself used some 550 paracord, and even implemented some clever knotting in order to quickly adjust the height/tension of the bag.The bag itself is very well made and the bladder has held air just fine since I set it up last week. I've put in about 5 hours total on the bag so far, and have had no issues at all! I am very pleased and will probably go ahead and order the 5" and 9" bags as well for additional variety.

Love it. Durable, versatile and easy to install. I have a simple set up, with store-bought bungee cords and an Everlast anchor. The bungees can be adjusted for varying wobble, which is great for mixing things up. This bag is far less noisy than a heavy bag or speed bag so you can use it without rattling the whole neighborhood. Careful, though. This is a bag that will try to hit you back, which, of course, is part of the fun. Great purchase. I got my money's worth in the first week.

Love this double end bag from Ringside! Purchased this to mount in the garage using an eye hook lag bolt into the ceiling, and a weighted heavy bag anchor bag for the floor.I’ve been using this bag daily for several months now, and the bladder is still perfectly intact and hasn’t deflated or popped since. I typically like to keep the bag less than fully deflated so that it takes on more of a tear drop shape - plus it keeps it from being too “bouncy” when striking it.The outer material has held up very well too! The leather isn’t cracking or fading, and the none of the stitching is coming apart. The model I have says made in Pakistan. The quality of this bag is excellent.The rubber straps it comes with are okay, but I’d suggest using thin rope or another type of bungee - attached to a swivel at each end to allow the bag to spin freely when moving.Overall, this is a great value double end bag from a reputable boxing equipment company. This is by far my favorite boxing tool for working on punch rhythm & fluidity and hand- eye coordination.

Full leather bag, including the attachment loops. Durable quality leather. Put air in and it stays in. Leather gloves grip bag nicely. Easy to lace up and down for bladder changes, which I don't anticipate will be needed for a long time given the way I've punished it over the past 7 months. I purchased mine from Amazon for $44 in January, 2020. Now, like pretty much all exercise equipment, it costs more than twice that much.

Nice leather, doesn’t deflate for a couple of weeks at least, you get two rubber cords. One longer than the other so that it’s head height. It’s not too taught at a 8ft ceiling.

Only problem I have is it goes down quick and needs to be pumped up before use

Works and feels exactly the way I was hoping it would. I found that the bungee that it came with (and the one that amazon recommends as an add-on) are useful for working punches while using more flexible bungees on either end is better for defensive practice (e.g., slipping the bag). As for the air, I had to top up the bag about 3 weeks after the initial fill (granted I only use the bag for 5-10minutes 2-3 times a week). Overall, very happy with the purchase.

Had this about 3 weeks now. It's a well-made product and goes up without any difficulties. It comes with two elastics to put it up, but I used a bungee cord instead for the bottom tether (I put an eye screw into a piece of wood and then put a weight plate on it to hold it down, works great). I gotta say, I like this bag a lot, I just have to get better at hitting it.My experiences with Ringside so far are that they make dependable boxing gear at a reasonable price.

This is a great piece of equipment. My foot work is allot better thanks to this. My reaction time is also improved since using this double ended bag. It holds air and is durable. The 'Ringside' label will make your knuckles raw if you use this without gloves. Your hands will condition though so I'd say go for it. The best bang for the buck IMHO.

It was odd shaped. Not even shaped. Stitching wasn't nice as well. It works though... But not impressed. Not worth the money

Good quality product, made of leather and holds air well.It seems pretty sturdy, as I use it often and it's still as good as new.Just an awesome tool to improve striking precision, rhythm and speed. Now I'm considering to purchase a smaller sized-one (a 5''), to work more on my precision.

Seems to be well made. Holds air well without leaking. I'm very satisfied with this product.

Need to inflate it about once every 1-2 weeks. Otherwise, is fantastic.

Great quailty , In my opionon this one is better then the rdx one since i own both. it is better beacuse its harder to hit and the bladder remains full of air for a longer time

It is a bag. You can punch it. It hasn't popped and has held up to some abuse. It does need to be reinflated on an almost weekly basis however otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Excelente, muy buena es de cueroLo unico malo es que yo escoji la talla 9" y viene algo grande. Pero el material acabado todo perfecto. Pienso comprar otra pera la talla 7"

Really cheap quality.Arrived with leather crack around the air plug.Punched 6 times and a rivet did pop.I will send it back with amazon prime and ask for a refund... It’s annoying
