Amazon driver did not follow my delivery instructions and left the item out in the rain. Attempts to contact Amazon customer service have failed. The AI robot is stupid! I can't seem to talk to a real person! I hope the seller may help me. I don't think the product is damaged, but it was not delivered properly and got wet.However, the scale is really great. It did not get ruined. It is very accurate as well.

This is a great counting scale, and is portable, it’s a little confusing because it says battery sold separately but there is no “door” to put it in. This made me feel like i received the wrong.item but in order to install the battery you have to take the bottom off and as well have a wire connector. This is a super simple thing to do though. Product works great

We use these counting scales in three of our departments at a manufacturing plant. The scales work pretty good, and hold up well, especially considering their low cost.

The scale works as advertised, much more sensitive than the one it replaces.I contacted the company for instructions to install the battery. I had expected the cable inside the case, but none was there. I emailed the company, who sent detailed instructions with pictures of the circuit boards and clear pointers to the proper socket to accept the cable plug. The best was they sent the cable free of charge.All this took an hour once they responded to my initial email.

Works great for counting out ammunition, even lightweight ammunition

Bought this scale hoping to use it for counting small metal parts in the shop, but honestly it's more frustrating than useful. The advertised 1g accuracy is non-existent - the numbers fluctuate too much, even when I weigh the same item multiple times. Not worth it at all at this price

I bought this scale because the price was reasonable AND it had all the features I wanted in a counting scale.However, after a year, the scale keypad stopped working. I was very frustrated, but the company, even though they did NOT have to help me, were kind enough to send a replacement keypad for free via FedEx.They were kind enough to provide schematics, video tutorials, and anything else I needed. The Keypad arrived in about 3 days, and it took about ten minutes to install. Works perfectly now!Buy with confidence! This is an extremely reputable company and they will go out of their way to help you--seriously!
