Perfect square ice cubes
These are exactly what I was looking for! They are easy to fill, they stack nicely in your freezer and getting the cubes out are easy! Such a great purchase. I keep the already frozen ice cubes in a freezer gallon ziplock so I can keep refilling my molds.

Leaves a film on the ice
I had purchased these previously with I thought the same vendor but probably not. Now that they are mixed I couldn't tell which ones leaves a film and which ones are good. I know I can probably just do a couple at a time, but during the summer, we just needed ice. We would quickly rinse the cubes and that didn't leave the film.Overall, this batch leaves a film on the ice cube leaving your glasses dirty, if when you push out the cubes and do it wrong, it's hard to get out, the ice does stay longer than the smaller cubes and it's easy to clean... except what is causing the film on the ice. Now that the weather is colder will probably try to figure out which ones are leaving the film and see what I can do to clean it. They have already been washed 3x's with soap/water but it's still there.

Makes nice ice
These trays are easy to use.. I love that they have a cover, keeps the ice from picking up a funny taste from other items in your freezer. The are also easy to extract the cubes from

great size, on the harder side to remove ice cubes
I use these to freeze espresso to add to protein shake in the morning. I wish they were a little easier to remove. The lids are great tho.

One of those things you didn't know you needed, until you did
I drink non-carbonated soft drinks every day. I've been using crushed ice dispensed from the door of my freezer to keep them cool. Yes, it melted and diluted the drinks, but that's just life. I should have been thankful that I had ice at all.Ingrate! Then my son and I had a discussion wherein he pointed out that larger pieces of ice would keep my drinks just as cool with less dilution. Something to do with the ratio of volume to surface area. Great idea! But where could I obtain these larger chunks of ice? Enter this duo of trays. The square one makes 2-inch cubes while the spherical one makes 2.5-inch spheres. They are both made of silicone and have marks to indicate the water fill line. The spherical one has to be snapped together so that it doesn't leak, but that's no problem. Just fill them and place them in the freezer compartment. When they're solidly frozen simply remove the from the freezer and peel the ice out. It's a little bit difficult, but nothing you can't handle. It's kind of like removing the peel from an orange without tearing it.The only problem I've had is a practical one. I use a 24-ounce reduce brand stainless steel tumbler and the spherical ice is just a little bit smaller than the diameter of the tumbler. As a practical matter, this means that it's pretty much impossible to use a straw without kinking it. The spheres work just fine in a 34-ounce tumbler. And the cubes work well in either size tumbler.I'm not going to claim that these trays changed my life, but they sure made it a bit more comfortable.

Best Ice Cube Trays - By Far !!!
I've never left a product review, but these really are the best!I started making my own coffee when I got a Nespresso, to save money on Starbucks. Over time, I've definitely discovered some ways to make my at-home coffee way better, the main one is making oat-milk ice cubes for my coffee so that it doesn't get diluted! The large old-fashioned cubes work the best, as they melt slowly allowing me to sip on my coffee throughout the morning! Also, if you brew your espresso directly over the oat-milk ice cube it makes a really nice foam on top!Needless to say, I've tried a bunch of different ice cube molds, and when I say these are the best I mean it!! Most molds have the ice separated by just the divided, making it really difficult to remove 1 ice cube at a time. I've also noticed some molds are smaller than others, where it's not enough ice. These however, are a nice size and have each cube individually separated allowing for easy removal! They also come with a lid to prevent spilling while in the freezer - game changer!! Additionally, they come in a 2-pack so you can make more ice cubes while washing the other mold in the dishwasher (yes, they're dishwasher safe too) !!By far the best, love this purchase!!!

Love these
If you enjoy whiskey or a large jug of water. The size of these cubes is brilliant.

Great, but lids may as well not exist.
The actual silicon moulds are brilliant. They hold much more than originally thought. I use them to freeze food I cook for the dog on Sundays for the coming week. Dog is small and each section holds a whole meal. The only thing I am dissatisfied with is the lids. The tray is silicone, and the lid is silicone. The lid does fit the tray perfectly, but because both are silicone, the lid does not remain in place.Covering the tray with foil or cling film is necessary.

Breaks within a month
Ordered two of these ice cube trays. They both started to crack within one month (see image). Also, it’s hard to get the ice cubes out. I usually have to run them under water a bit until the ice will slide out of the rubber trays. I wouldn’t order them again.

Large ice cubes=slow melt
Great large ice cubes for a slower melt , less dilution for a better G &T.Doesn't fit most reusable bottles, flasks etc, but you know that before you buy if you know the size of the cube anyway !

Film of grease,
I have scrubbed both ice trays several times, but looks like there is grease on the top of my coke when i put the ice cubes in, my glass is sparkling clean! Any ideas why this is?
