Flavor was bursting with flavor!

The labeling is confusing, they say medium spicy, Which I took to mean medium heat. The package says Medium Hot. I found them mild. You can always add heat, but you can't take it away. Good flavor, some of the chilis packaged seemed fresher than others. I would order again, but probably order the hot next time.

Not the regular ‘dried’ chiles I buy from the store. These are tender and add flavor to red chile sauce. Planning to order again.

Lived in NM for 10 years. Miss Hatch chiles. If you know chiles you know Hatch chiles.

They were awesome, nice and spicy, they are a little pricey if there the ones I buy in store but I do understand with shipping and convenience.

I had these shipped to me in Oregon. I prepared the chili in the traditional way for tamales and it came out perfect! The heat was very mild although I bought hot, but many that tried the tamales said the flavor was just right! I am definitely going to order this item again!

More mild than the mild I had ordered at the same time.
