I did a blind buy of this product because it was on sale.I have very straight, fine, Asian hair. I have used every sort of curling wand and iron and none of them work on my type of hair.I love the cool shot feature. It provides volume for the curl. I also love the design of the wand. It allows me to use both left and right hand.I set my curls using a texture hair spray and the picture is my result the first time using it!

I got mine straight out of the box. I guess I should’ve seen some sort of red flag since there was no tape on the box. When I opened it to look inside, the curling iron was upside down in the box which should’ve been another red flag. I pulled it out and the cord was all tangled together which told me it has been used. Then, there was makeup on the handle and the outside had been scratched up terribly. I waited twice as long as it originally said I would wait for this product just for it to come in USED! 😞

I was very skeptical at first but with not having much luck with the iron or curling wands etc and knowing I could return it if it didn't produce the result I wanted, I bought it. I've had naturally curly hair my entire life and pretty much wore it natural but decided I wanted to do something different. I had no experience with irons or wands and outside of a flat iron to wear it straight i was unsuccessful at achieving a curl or wave with these tools. I'm not sure if it's the design or something else, but this tool is amazing . I was able to get the soft wave or curl thst I've been only able to get from my hair dresser when I go in for service, not as good, but good enough for me. If this sounds like you try this tool, obviously we are all different but if this worked for someone like me , who is clumsy at best when it comes to styling hair with these tools, it should work for anyone that fits into that category.

Hi,I don't like to waste money, but needed to do something different with my hair. My old curling device just wasn't working with my hair anymore. I am happy with this product. Even my husband said he likes what I have been doing with my hair. A little bit of a learning curve, but looked good from day one. I recommend a heat protectant and wearing the glove. I did not the first few times and had multiple burn marks on my hand. Since wearing the glove, I have gotten none. I cut the ring and pinkie finger tips off the glove to help me get at my hair when styling, but I have not burned them. I basically burned my knuckles without the glove. I like the device.

Worked great but too hot for my fine hair.I've not really used a regular wand so the angled handpiece was no problem and minimum learning curve. Can't say the airshot function was impressive
