Ok at first when I saw the tiny little box I thought it was a RIP off. This thing is really tiny but that's actually a great thing. I have horrible interference around my home. We have one of those power transform stations about a half mile away and lots of trees. I'm testing in winter so I dont know yet how well it will work with leaves on trees but I'm sure it's better than not using. This antenna design has been around for 100 years so its proven design. So I have many flights in my area and know exactly how far I can fly. This antenna was a great help with range and signal lose. I haven't tried it only set to 5.8 yet but left it on auto. I will try setting to only use 5.8 because I have noticed the signal drops then pops back strong. I've seen other comments of the cause is it trying switch away from 5.8 and of course the antenna only helps 5.8 signal. This was a great improvement and I'm very happy to have purchased from amazon!! I saw massive increase in range even with trees and other things in the way. You do have to keep the remote pointed directly at the drone but everyone does that anyway ,especially if loosing signal. All I can say is this is crazy simple and works just like it claims. I can't wait to try in a open area. The price is really cheap and free shipping ,you cant loose. The only other thing to beat this is getting a external powered signal booster ,like alien ware . Just remember they actually are not legal as there signal is above what's allowed by FCC. The other thing about range obsession is the range on stock units is already really good that battery flight time is the real limit to range now. Of course you should always fly with like of sight but this range extender is great for being able to fly for video in those very congested interference areas.

This range extender works fantastically! It’s so easy to install, it just snaps to the back of the OEM antenna. Definitely noticed an increase in range on both my Mini 2SE and AIR 3, both using an RC-N2

Does this work?Answer is yes.It does extend your rangeNo it dont extend it drastically, but then again its $15.I gained around 600-700 feet increase in several test with it on and off the controller, open areas and residential areas.For the money, not a bad increase

the issue I had it does not fit the rc with screen it's for the first model but other then that it could have been made a little stronger the thing was kinda weak so to say. But all in all idk if it works I have the screen on my remote so couldn't tell you if it does or don't. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

If you are hooking this up to some other accessory, maybe it does something, but there is no way to hook it up to the DJI mini 3 pro controller. It's just lies, like ll the other mini 3 pro antennas. They can suck it.

So I fly my drone almost for about at that very least about a hour a day. I was looking to get some new propellers and I saw this product. Didn't seem crazy expensive so I figured what the heck, I am a prime member and what do I have to lose?I am glad I got it because once you get it, like I did I was a little discouraged that I paid for this little plastic thing with metal things on it. Reluctant I connected it and turned on the Drone. Started and got the drone in the sky, and connection was perfect. I was still skeptical that this really made any difference so I finally did a test.This sucker WORKS!!! All be it, there are some things(Mainly it needs to have clear path to your drone) that I noticed but I consistently have great connection and it is brain dead easy to use!If you have a drone, I think you will be pleasantly surprised and happy to know that this product is awesome and something you should have in your arsenal!

Absolutely amazing!! In wide open areas the range is extended by double the range I have without it. If there is something like a building or wall is in between the controller and the drone then it doesn’t extend the range at all. However if you raise the altitude of the drone then the range is greatly improved!! Well worth the money!!

I was a bit skeptical that an antenna with no connection would boost the signal but my range actually safely doubled! I can go almost double the rand before I lose a bar of signal! It would work way better if the controller has a line of sight to the drone! Would recommend!
