this is a GREAT bang for your buck, I get everything I need for the bases of my candles, in one fell swoop, and I will be purchasing this again because the wax quality is.. good enough, but the reason this has 4 stars instead of 5 .. is because the bag of wax.. had holes.. two holes to be exact and it kept leaking wax everywhere.. i transferred the wax into a gallon size ziplock bag and that dealt with that, but it was frustrating none the less. The cups are awesome, And I use these so much that I will be buying more probably within the next couple of weeks.. This works out to 25 cents a candle roughly, and that is good for me, with free shipping that really is hard to beat anywhere else.. and I dont have to order separate wax and wicks.. everything just one bag bam.. in a couple days its at my door step and I am ready to use my essential oil blends and colorants and have amazing wax. I would recommend these to anyone who wants to make custom tealight candles, but I would also highly recommend that you have a gallon size ziplock bag on hand.

The wicks are terrible. They do not seem to be thick enough for the candle size and they don't stay lit, not even long enough to melt the top layer of wax. I've tried trimming them, not trimming them, the soy wax included, and my usual paraffin. What a waste.

I received this quickly and it was packaged very well. I was so surprised to see everything that was included for that low price, 4 lbs. of wax is a lot. I use a tealight for my wax warmer and I also use the wax with essential oils to fill my home with such delicious smells so this may very well last a whole year for me. I am very happy with this purchase. I also contacted them and asked about the amount of wax prior to purchasing it because I didn't see it in the description, they were very fast to reply, great customer service.

I'm new to candle making and I didn't want to spend a lot of money in case I didn't like it. I found this and thought it couldn't get any easier!!! The polycarbonate containers are sturdy enough to use over and over, which means I never have to buy those again!!! The soy wax melts easily and is easy to scent and dye. Through this set I discovered I love making my own candles so I control the colors and scents I want!! I already had a candy thermometer on hand so, all I had to buy separately were the dyes and fragrances. This set is perfect for beginners or advanced!! Now I'm ready to start making my own votive and pillar candles too! Thanks American Soy Organics!!!

These wicks are garbage. They do not stay lit.

The cups and wicks are great, but this wax is absolute garbage. It dries lumpy, wrinkled and frosts like CRAZY ! It’s typical soy wax.

I am a repeat customer on this wax. It is easy to work with and holds scent nicely. I will be back for more as long as price doesnt go up.

This wax did not behave like 100 percent soy wax. In fact the wax did not create pretty tea lights. I even used it to create some larger candles and the surface was rough and uneven. Not to mention the wax came with no instruction on how to utilize it. The website does not provide enough information on its wax. I would not recommend this brand of wax.
