I thought I had all the parts to my pasta maker until I set it up and realized I needed to include the most essential component, the clamp. This clamp is a small c clamp designed to go into the pasta maker and hold it to the work surface. I'll often find pasta makers at yard sales missing this essential part, and for a small price, you can have a pasta maker that works.

This "generic" clamp works with my Imperia pasta machine. It was well priced over many of the other possible options. My only concern is that the tightening knob is plastic and I am a bit concerned about its durability. Only continued use and time will tell.
