This gum has a great spearmint flavor and just as important, it really seems to dissolve plaque on my teeth. I can feel my teeth getting smoother and cleaner which is great after lunch at work. I especially like that it doesn’t contain aspartame or sucralose.

This gum is tasty, refreshing, & leaves my mouth feeling clean. It gives you good breath (takes the stink away effectively). I like how it's also a more healthy alternative to other gum. I'm allergic/sensitive to aspartame, so I'm glad this gum does not have aspartame.

Love that there are no artificial sweeteners. The taste is good, but the flavor doesn’t last very long which is true of all of the “healthier” gums out there that I have tried. Wish it came in a tin instead of plastic as I am trying to avoid as many plastics as possible.

I started chewing this gum at the beginning of 2025 because Xylitol is good for your teeth, what the label doesnt tell you is that you need about 6g a day to have a positive effect on tooth health. Which you could easily chew 6 pieces a day to get the amount you need, because the flavor runs out about 20 minutes into chewing it. Still I like it better than regular gum because I know it is doing SOMETHING!

Pleasant wintergreen mint but flavor does not last very long. I tend to chew for a while to promote better digestion so instead of the two pieces of other brands, I need to space 3 or 4 pieces to prolong the flavor.

I have been buying this gum for years. It moistened your mouth.I also use their oral spray. I grab it instead of a snack.
