Works great, looks great. Its a tidy item that stores away neatly when not in use.

This does work as promised. It was relatively easy to set up and it looks fairly nice. However, I'm giving this product 3/5 stars because the rewind feature is terrible. It is very difficult to wind the house back into the case after using it. I've actually started avoiding pulling the hose out to avoid having to wind it back in because it is so difficult. Overall, it isn't a bad product for the price--it does work--but probably best for places where you don't often need to use and wind back the hose.

Good construction, reel operates great, 100% recommended.

Edit: after the head broke on first use, two months later the hose reel has come off it’s spindle, and the handle has broken off. Utterly unfit for purpose, cheap, badly made junk. The below is still relevant, but my advice is avoid, but something else.The Umi garden hose, eh? Nice design, shame about the execution. The hose itself is fine. Not better or worse than fine, but fine. The reel came with the hose pre-tangled, which I thought was an interesting choice. However, it does what it looks like, and it’s nice and self contained.The hose gun however , while it has 7 (7!) modes, is more fragile than glass. A gust of wind knocked it off our patio table, and that was it done, the resistor on the handle snapped in two. Cheap doesn’t begin to describe it. I went to Homebase in the end and bought a hozelock gun - the connectors are the same. There I saw their version of this kit, £8 cheaper and their perilously fragile gun had 8 modes....

Got this at a knocked-down price and it is just what I need to water the plants on the patio. If only they did a 200-metre one for the garden but that would be un-workable :)

The unit is lightweight and the head is great with a number of settings. The length from the unit to the tap is around four feet at a guess but has a fixed connection so cannot be adjusted.There is no handle to reel in the hose - only a hole. When you try to reel in the hose it jams or even gets caught between the reel and the casing. I have literally spent half an hour reeling in a few metres of hose.This is off to the tip after just a week of frustrated use.

forse un filo troppo leggerino, ma sto constatando che la leggerezza non va a scapito della qualità costruttiva. Non perde acqua dai raccordi (ho avuto un gardenia che costava 10 volte tanto ed era tutto uno schizzo...) ed ha un buona scelta di tipologie di getto. Il tubo è lungo a sufficienza per la maggior parte delle condizioni. le dimensioni sono compatte e lo reputo un pregio: non è una ceramica da mettere in mostra, a tubo raccolto neanche si nota e va benissimo così. Lo ricomprerei.

Pour le prix, ça fait le job. Mais attention, tuyaux fin, et enrouleur un peu léger.Clairement, il ne va pas durer 10 ans.Mais le prix est plutôt honnête et correspond à la qualité du produit.
