This is a great way to incorporate FAT in your body if you're doing the keto diet. Make sure you just take one tbsp. For now until your tummy gets used to it. I put it in my bulletproof coffee and it gives me energy for a while. Does not have any flavor to it, so that's good.

The product I received is a thin silver bottle, not what is shown in the photo. It also had no seal and had been cracked open in transit. I wouldn't really care about the crack but no seal also? Get it together Keto8 I used to love your brand :(

Lots of energy but lots of gas. Not sure the trade off is worth it.

Product was good, helped promote ketosis. Packing job was terrible, and the bottle arrived with a quarter of its contents spilled into the envelope...
