Absolute waste of time and money. I can’t believe how poor quality this product is. The lamp has little if any ability to cure gel polish, and each coat requires at least 10 minutes under the lamp. I have returned this item and opted for an LED system of better quality. You really do get what you pay for here. The items included were really poor too. I went for this kit because it contained all the basic tools I would need for an at home manicure. Just to give you an idea of how poor they were; the buffing block was crushed and the cuticle scissors were as blunt as a butter knife. Stay away.

Hmmm I’m not sure how I feel about this just yet. The UV lamp is defo cheaply made. You get what you pay for. It comes with no instructions. Having read the instructions on Amazon it says use the UV nail lamp for 2 mins and then cure it for half a minute to a min under the LED lamp. Now I have no idea which setting is which on the device. So all in all it has taken over 10mins for the nail varnishes to cure. For a 36w device I would have expected the quickness of a salon. I love this additional products that come with it especially the colours. However If I could return it for a quality lamp I would. I was hoping for the quickness of a salon and for it to be more cost affective.

Made the switch to gel after getting fed up with my manis chipping after 2 days. Tried the 'gelly sandwich' method with gel top and base and regular lacquer and got some relly nasty tip wear. So I caved and bought this set of mini gels and so far, they're awesome- 5 days of wear with no lifting (except on one nail where I messed up the application and flooded the cuticle) and no chips at all- and no sign of chipping either. I wish the range of colours was a little more to my taste- a very light silver, a pale yellow, some better neons, a lilac would be nice, but I can't fault the quality. I ordered four colours and a topcoat, and they're all awesome and solid. I needed 3 coats of the blue, white and purple, but only two of the black.Colours pictured:- Black (1348)- White (1433)- Blue (1341)- Purple (1556)Then holochrome powder over the white and the black (using a no wipe topcoat to adhere the powder)

Very sceptical after reading the reviews but it's fair to say I am very happy with it. If you use Base coat gel polish and top coat it dries easily. Would definitely recommend this item. Gels are very similar in colour but that's fine as my sort of colours. Came with 5 gels, lamp, various files flippers etc and a pack of soak offs. Came with top coat that was matt but luckily i had already purchased base and top coat for 4.99. This will undoubtedly save me so much mo ey in the long run. Practise makes perfect and with a few more attempts I think I will have this down to a fine art.

Brilliant product! Gels are thick and easy to use. Top and bottom coat are strong and dry really well. It's a no wipe top coat so it's really easy to use. Definetly a great set.

The nail polish is decent. It's much thicker consistency than other brands (I have glitter polishes from Bluesky that apply more smoothly). The colour is a bit difficult to tell and the coloured bits of glitter more pronounced than expected (they photoshopped the white sparkles in the photo). In general it's fine and I would repurchase again but the one dislike I have is that the colours are hard to tell from the pictures. Also, the bottle is smaller than usual polish- see photos for comparison.

The lamp itself is very fragile(only the lamp thouth the rest is great) . Made from very cheap material and does not look great. However, it does the job. As a first nail kit it is an OK item to get. I am happy with the results. If done properly your nails will last for over a week.

This arrived today. Anyone who wants their nail polish to last but doesn’t want to pay salon prices this product is perfect. I have been getting my nails done in a salon for 3 years now paying £20 a month on nails. Apart from the fact I’m not very good at painting nails this is perfect. No drying time. Easy to set up and the kit comes with everything you need to do your nails even an extremely good cuticle oil. Defiantly be recommending this to anyone who is thinking about buying it. Very impressed.
