Super Cute Shoes
I’ve only worn them one time so far, and I really like them. I wear a size 9 and this shoe is true to size, but since I wear them for dance class, I should’ve know to get at least a half size smaller as they will eventually stretch after I wear them in. The bottom of the shoe is felt, so it’s really easy to dance in, the sole is very flexible as well. The bottom of the shoe does show that they are cheaply made, (you get what you pay for) but I don’t mind, as they’re my practice/beginner shoes. Otherwise, I really like them a lot! They look super cute on too!Update 4/21/18Still love these shoes. They are by far my favorite and most comfortable pair of shoes and I have 5 Different pairs!I would definitely purchase these again.

True to size
Pros:- True to size (go with your normal size or do 1/2 size up if you're going to be wearing these for prolonged periods of time to account for inevitable swelling). I'm usually a size 9 so I ordered a 9 and they fit great.- Quite comfy. I was able to dance immediately after getting them out of the bag.- Love the adjustable straps, can definitely work for both slim/thick ankles.Cons:- The toe cage is quite narrow. I would not recommend these for wide feet because of that. I don't have wide feet and by hour 2 of dancing, I definitely started to feel my big toes rubbing against the top toe strap. Nbd, I'm just going to wear a bandaid on that particular spot to prevent chaffing or a blister while practicing.- These are rather finicky to clasp. You do need some flexibility (at least enough to bend your leg at the knee, bringing your foot up to your hip to bend over and buckle them at the ankle). If you're elderly or have very limited mobility, these might not be the right choice. If you're a regular dancer, it'll just take a little getting used to.Notes:- These are dance shoes... NOT everyday shoes. They have a soft fabric sole so they're meant to be used on a dance floor, not walking around on concrete or "stepping on nails". (I saw a lot of negative reviews about this but it's not a negative thing)- They are pretty cheaply made... But they're also pretty cheap shoes! Similar dance shoes will cost at least $50/pair (and that's also going to be a cheap shoe). I bought these specifically for burlesque and chose them so I could have a few pairs in different colors to rhinestone & match with my costumes. If you're looking to invest in a pair that you're going to be solely using as a ride-or-die dance shoe, this ain't it.Don't be a cheapskate and complain, invest in a better pair of shoes for your needs.

Love these shoes!
My husband and I have been taking dance lessons for the last few months. Since we are getting better and learning more advanced choreography, my instructor recommended that I get some proper dancing shoes. I haven’t gotten a chance to dance in these at the studio yet but they are super comfortable and the fit is great. I am very excited to wear them to our next lesson!

Nice fit & comfortable!
I usually have a very difficult time buying any kind of shoes. By a miracle, I got the correct size—fits very well! Usually I get a 6, but for some reason, size 6 was not available-just 5.5 or 6.5. Since it’s usually recommended to go smaller with dance shoes for a more snug fit, and based on other reviews, I decided to try size 5.5. My feet are slightly wide and I also have a but of a bunion issue. Somehow these shoes feel good on my first try on. Snug around the heel, straps holding snug, nothing rubbing feet. Haven’t gone to a dance yet but they seem to be sturdy. We’ll see how they feel on a dance floor. But so far so good.

Follow the sizing instructions
I'm a pretty standard 8 in just about everything, I lean wide more than narrow but standard width is usually fine. I followed the suggestions and went up a half size to 8 1/2 because my two middle toes are just the same length as my big toe. I feel comfortable with the length this left me at the front of the shoe and I feel more confident that while dancing I won't be dragging my toes on the bare floor. The straps around the ball of the foot seem a little loose but after swelling during wear I'm sure itll be fine. The strap around the ankle is weird but feels secure.I got these for recreational dancing, just so I'd have something a little more comfortable than a standard heel while still looking cute. They seem to be decent enough quality but definitely your money's worth when compared to other dancing shoes offered here. The material is a sort of black satin, the sole is flexible and it has nice foam padding everywhere.

Super comfortable dance shoes
Super comfortable dance shoes! I wore them for hours dancing everything from country to swing. Shoes do not slip but can easily do spins and turns. Highly recommend!

Great price and quality for beginner pair of dance shoes
I have just gotten into ballroom dancing and wanted to get a proper pair of dance shoes. For the price and quality, it is not bad for my beginner pair of dance shoes. Didn't need to break it in. Ordered it last minute for overnight delivery to use the following night for a Salsa dance social. I normally wear a 6.5 and ordered the same for these heels. My feet are slightly wide and there was enough room for my toes. Very comfortable.
