Product Feedback : 4 starsPros :1. Compact Package. Can fit standard indian in-wall boxes or outside.2. Connectors with safe guard to protect from accidental electric exposure.3. Setup is a snap-refer to the manual in the box by the steps.4. Wifi detection and enrollment once registered is pretty snappy5. App response is as expected.6. Alexa integration is a massive plus.7. App has a nice blue and white interface.Cons :Hardware:1. Have questions about the plastic casing and the clippped fixtures. They tend to snap out with the slightest pressure/pry.2. Contact terminal screws are not standard tester head size-its just a tad bit smaller. You need to have the right driver bit ready.3. LED has a blue indicator-its annoying in the dark if you have fixed it out in the open.4. No external switches/push buttons in case your wifi fails ( though it can operate app only in that case)5. Fastening mechanism could be better.Software/APP:1. Run of the mill app- typical of Chinese Manufacturers. Be thankful this one comes in English.2. Registration requires your email id and the captcha doesn't work well always. You can of course skip registration and configure it as well(tried it-works well).3. The Manual doesn't specify how to integrate this product with Alexa.Alexa integration requires you to search for the same app in alexa marketplace (its free of course) and install it. ONLY then the Alexa integration works.4. Switches/throws are individually controllable through app but individual controls are not available in Alexa.This means alexa can switch the entire board off or on with the command. Removed one star because of this.5. Wiring diagrams need to be optimized.Verdict :1. For amateurs/home users : Go for products which are simpler to configure and use.2. Serious work : Good Option if you know your way around electronics. Individual switch controls in Alexa is the only missing piece.3. Why did I buy it : My Mandir setup needs a strange 3 outlet requirement. This one fits the bill.Also Alexa automation of the Mandir is a plus.4. After sales service : Yet to discover.5. Will it solve your life's problems ? - Probably yes, however, if you are a pro alexa user on home automation, you wouldn't want this piece in usual wall boxes !7. What were my other choices ? Plenty, but none that supports a 3 outlet option.Yet to test :1. Deep dive to figure out individual switch control through alexa.2. Frank review: If you are planning to use with Alexa...forget buying this device as Alexa turns all devices and not as a separate switch. The app Seetime smart From play store does the job of controlling each switch individually.

OK! So time to write review. I had a similar product from Dazzelon. It was also a 3 channel smart switch. I have written review of that product in case you would like to check. I purchased 2 Dazzelon smart switch and it was super terrible. I was unresponsive via Alexa and via Seetime App. Finally I returned both the Dazzelon smart switches and purchased this one. This one so far is working great. I got it today itself (Sept 14, 2019) and I have used it for couple of hours. So far my experience is good and I have given 4 stars. Reason of giving it a 4 star is because the app sometimes becomes unresponsive via Seetime app. It also became unresponsive few times via Alexa. Comparing this switch with Dazzelon, I would recommend people to buy this one and NOT AT ALL Dazzelon. This switch is much better than Dazzelon. If you want to but single channel smarts switch you can choose Hoteon smart switch. Hoteon smart switch and sockets are just great. They are never non-responsive. One thing I noticed is, any smart switch linked to Smart Life app works great. Seetime and eWelink apps are not up to the mark. They need to work hard and increase their bandwidth and look after customers review.Coming back to this smart switch-ProsQuick setup, easy to link to Seetime app and Alexa. Before ordering any Smart switch or socket, see if the device is controlled by Smart Life app. If it is, go for it. All other apps will become unresponsive on many occasions.3 stars for the product. 1 Start for real time power consumption information. Did not give 5 star because the app becomes unresponsive on many occasions.Will update the review after using it for sometime.UPDATE: After about 14 days the smart switch is DEAD. Owning TESCO 3 Channel Smart Wifi Switch.It configures within second and works like a breeze. TESCO Support team were very professional to take my feed back and within 2 weeks released updated Firmware. Cheers to them. Now I can individually control 3 Channels from Alexa with voice command and give individual name to 3 relays. I recommend this product to all those who wants home automation via IoT.

Would give it 5 stars, but with regards to the automation ie. creating scenes, only all Chanels can be turned on or off, also when the Internet connection is down, using it on the lan is a challenge. Able to rename each switch, this then makes it possible to configure through Google or Alexa, so this is possible with voice commands for individual Chanel

I found it very difficult to connect initially.But, after resetting (hard reset point on the device) the device two-three times, it connected without any hitch.Fully controllable and easy to operate.Control your connected appliances within the wi-fi range, (it is around 100 meters in my case).I have not integrated with Google home yet, as not required as of now.
