This offers great support whether you need it for moving things or going to the gym. I have seen result of losing weight after using it for the gym. I had an XL but due to weight lost I will have to down size to a L.

This is my second waiste trainer in 5 months. Nothing wrong with the first one, it just got too small, so that means it's working. This thing makes me pour sweat as long as you put in the work. Keep in mind a good diet and consistant excersice routine is something you must stick to. This waiste trainer won't do the work for you. Its just a tool. Only negative is its gonna smell like plastic for the first few time you wear it. I suggest hand washing it and letting it sun dry first.

I bought a 3xl and it was so tight on me. My waist line is 40 and i have bought other products from Amazon and they fit better. The 3xl i bought fit me like a XL it was a tight fit and i had to really pull the vest together to make it fit. Once it was on it definitely helped out my back. I really feel like my vest was mislabeled and they sent me the wrong one. Because even in other brands i bought off of Amazon fit better and they were smaller size than the 3xl i bought.

I like the feel of the material. It is comfortable. I am not that happy with having to put it on like a skirt, but it is comfortable and stays in place. The outer strap is tight, and sometimes slides up in front. I use this every day, and it is holding up in the few weeks I have had it.Update: I have had this less than a year, and it is starting to fall apart. I did wear this every day for the last 9 months. I thought I would get a different brand. Now, I wish I didn't. This is way less bulky and super comfortable when compared to the other. I also love the binding mechanism is hooks vs a velcro closing mechanism. I am still wearing this as my favorite, but it is holding together by a thread at this point.

The wrap is getting worn so I will need to buy another. This wrap gives me support while working out.

Was not expecting the amount of little brackets to adjust as this will take time to strap on and off.Hopefully it endures and does not tear as easily as other tested products similar to this one.

I am 5’10.5 and weigh 222lbs. I normally wear size 36 pants, and ordered a Medium. I love it! I like this to fit snug, which it does. If you have a Very big pot belly, measure at your most snatched posture( meaning you are sucking it in; IE all around your love handles and pot belly) if you’d like to buy the most snug. I will come back after using it for a run this evening and edit my rate. Currently doing some chores around the house and wearing it. I am already sweating.
