More than 3x the normal price but this is bread flour.
I received 16KG of Allied Mills, "Malvern" Wheat Flour, not what was shown in the picture. The Allied Mills data sheet states that the protein content of Malvern is 11.2 to 11.8 percent. Flour can be rated as bread flour when protine is between 11 and 13 percent. So, this is bread flour but not strong bread flour. However, Malvern usually retails at £12.95, suggesting that these guys are profiteering out of the Coronavirus crisis as they are selling the same size (16kg) at £44.95.

Very good flour, delivered on time, but bag split. Packed inside a box, so not disastrous, just messy!

Avoid!
Product is not as per description. I used yesterday for the first and the bread that came out of the breadmaker looked strange and texture wasn’t right. It don’t believe it is strong bread flour.
