this a lot of beads, i got them for the kids to play with on spring brake. i had to try some out for my self. i dont think they are going to hold up well. they fell apart wen i way playing with some after a few mints. but there is a lot of them and the kids will have fun way them last

I work with PreK classes and am always looking for new and fun sensory items for the children to play with. I decided on waterbeads and figured it would be alot of fun for them. I used about a tablespoon of the beads and 10 cups of distilled water and let soak. After a few hours they were noticeable larger and by 8 hours they had grown to full size. Being multi colored , they were really pretty . I wasn't sure what to expect and figured they'd fall apart really easily but they do not. One tablespoon made enough to use in our sensory bucket , which is the size of a shoebox. The waterbeads up their shape extremely well and if dropped they bounce. They do get messy when the kids drop them because we are chasing little bouncing beads around but they have so much fun that it is completely worth it. At first we put a top on our bucket but quickly learned you shouldn't do that because it produces a bit of mold. We had to rinse the beads and then keep the top off the container. It's been a few weeks since hydrating and the beads are still keeping their shape and haven't started to shrink back to original size yet. This is a great purchase ! They have several uses. I will be using them in flower vases next.

These were fun for my children to play with. Over time we saw mold start to grow on them. Maybe we mishandled them, but I'm assuming they only last so long.

Awesome sensory beads for the 3 years old with autism. They are very soothing, easy to use, and fun to play with. I stored them in a container to dry out and then moved them to a large zipper bag. They are great to bring out and use on any day.

After one time of being played with they just fell apart. There wasn't the amount we were promised. We r extremely disappointed

Shipping ran much quicker than expected. We got what we wanted. Don't know why this keeps my 9yr old daughter happy as can be. She sorts them, soaks them and sticks her hands and feet in them for mani and pedi treatments.
