I can tell a difference in my energy level when taking these vitamins, but they do seem to be mild and don't make me feel jittery or nauseated like some pill vitamins do. They are a pleasant fruit flavor (orange, strawberry, or cherry) without a vitamin taste. I also don't have any unpleasant burps from them. I have no problems digesting them and they do not aggravate my GERD (reflux). It is difficult to say if a multivitamin supplement helps you or not. I do have some hair loss that I hope will improve, but it will take months to notice an improvement (I did point this out to my doctor, and my thyroid and blood counts, as well as my general chemistry panel, were good). I feel fine, and I haven't had any sort of illnesses recently. I won't be having any sort of labs done until October, if they show something remarkable, I will update. I will continue to take these as my daily vitamin because I like them. I keep the bottle next to my chair so I can't forget them (I do not have children or pets in my home that can get to them). I am going to start taking the Vitaburst brand hair supplement to see if that helps me.

I ordered these along with the melatonin gummies. They are easy to to take and taste great. Are nicer on the stomach than other multivitamin. I am not sure on their effectiveness as it is always hard to tell with vitamins but have a pretty good ingredient profile.

I have had a hard time finding a multivitamin for my two late teen granddaughters. They really wanted gummies. Some we tried were too chewy or too sweet. I bought these gummies because they are vegan and also seemed to have a better balance of the vitamins included.They taste like a typical vitamin gummy, nothing special but certainly not bad. I eat them at the same time with other gummies anyway so it is not a big deal to me.I will likely repurchase when I run out.

I think these are delicious. I could easily eat more than two if they weren’t vitamins.My major reason for buying these was these contain is Pectin instead of Gelatin which, is the usual ingredient to make them gummy.I’m happy. I’ll be buying these again.
