Product conected. Does not work. Will not connect to DVR

I bought 3 of these and they all worked fine. I reserve 5 stars for exceptional products. these are as advertised. I purchased 2 the first time and then another 2 weeks later. I have only owned them 3 weeks at this point, so no knowledge as to longevity.

These cameras do not work, I was sure all connections where correct and electrician confirmed.They power on but black screen no picture. Not happy.
