Great value and quality for the money!
Now, I know this is a little unorthodox, but I bought this cat tree for our iguana Spike! She loves to climb, and just like a cat, she could possibly scratch furniture with her sharp claws. She uses this as a basking spot in front of the window and it works perfectly. Super easy to assemble and very sturdy. Also looks adorable! PS, the glare from the sun in the photo makes it look blue, but it's actually a dark gray color.

I love it as much as the cats do.
My full grown cats LOVE this. A super cute little house. Very sturdy and has three levels they can play/sleep on. My only complaint is the detachable roof isn't properly made to bend easily to connect to the house. I did a little cutting to the velcro and it works pretty decent, though.
