Strong grips
After getting my hand torn on the bar I decided it was time to get grips. Not wanting to spend to much, but still get a good pair, these really fit the bill. Excellent for those who are newer to hand grips I recommend these. Not only was I able to do my pull-ups with ease, I also managed my first toes to bar. I look forward to using them again during a more intense workout to really see how they work.

They are good starter grips
Idk how long they will last but good starter grips.. I only use them when we do toes to bar at my crossfit gym.. When I put my fingers thru the holes it feels like they are gonna rip at the seam by the wrist...not sure. I thin it's synthetic leather. However, I now don't put my fingers thru the holes, I just wrap lay them under my fingers on the bar & that has helped for me.

Perfect sizing
I of course read all the reviews before buying but I’m glad I got them. I got a size medium and I am a 5’3 female. They fit perfect! They are thin, don’t poke or scratch anywhere on my wrists. I use them for my cross fit class and they helped a lot!

Perfect for lifting!
I was worried these would not work for me as most grips are made for men. These grips have definitely changed how I train. They are very comfortable for gripping the bar and kettlebell or dumbbell. Chalk sticks well to the palm pads and does not rub off. I have very small hands and bought the mediums. Smalls may have fit better but my girls will soon have larger hands so I will share with them. Overall, these are very comfortable and stretch well on your hands. They take some getting used to if you have never used grips before but are well worth the purchase.

Great grips for workouts
They were ready for duty the first workout. The grips work well and it was no problem breaking them in. Love them! I'll recommend them to everyone at my CrossFit gym here in VA.

Initial Thoughts: Get These Grips!
Only time will tell if these grips are durable. I go through at least one pair per year of the other grips I've tried. I coach and compete in CrossFit. Protecting my hands is very important to me. If I tear a callus, now my training gets set back. These titanium grips are thinner than other leather grips I've used. This matters because I typically turn my grips around when lifting a barbell and then turn them back to cover my hands when I start muscle ups, pull ups, toes to bar, etc. These grips are thin enough where it they don't bother me while lifting. Also, they seem to have more friction when I'm hanging from the rig. I like this because my old grips would become slippery on occasion.Overall, I have not had Bear Grips long enough to comment on their durability, but the craftsmanship seems sound. I'm impressed with the value of this product.

Have only used them once
so glad i purchased! i had a couple of different brands in my cart and hesitated on all of them, I have only ever had one other pair of gymnastics grips, which i now know were cheap and terrible! as soon as i tried these on i was so excited! very comfortable and effective. i feel like i am going to make progress on the bar because my hands will be able to tolerate more bar work!i am interested to see the durability...i have only used them once so far

Does not help with calluses
While buying the product , it would help with pain with calluses, but the leather is just too thin to actually help with anything. Did not like at all.

Size up if borderline sizes
Order a size up if you're borderline sizes. There work great with chalk and are nice for people who find gloves restricting or too hot.

my second pair
I bought my first grip in July 2021 and I had to buy another one exactly a year after because the first one ripped. I had tried others brands but so far, this grip works perfectly for my needs doing gymnastics at Crossfit. Great product but could last longer

Good Grips But Empty Promises
I bought these to use with a portable pull up tower, and for that use they’ve been perfect. I’ve also incorporated them into some of my barbell and dumbbell work. The only reason my review is only four stars is a complaint about after sales service. The package contained a flyer asking me to register online and receive a free, second set of grips. I thought this was a great offer so I duly signed up. It has been weeks now with no sign of the grips, so this appears to just be a ploy to get customers on to their mailing subscription service.
