Kozo XL Wood Stash Box Kit with Rolling Tray, Locking Smell Proof Jar with Airtight Seal, Aluminium 4 Part Herb Grinder (Large-Wooden-Hinges)

I was looking for a grinder to give as a gift, a buddy of mine's previous grinder crapped and needed a new one. After reading all of the fantastic and amazing reviews about the grinder, I decided to splurge a little more and get this stash box. The shipping was fast (thanks Prime) and arrived just in time for the birthday shenanigans. On to what was liked and disliked.LIKED:1) Huge hit as a b-day gift;2) You can secure it (not sure how resistant it would be to being opened with sort of force, it didn't appear to be very strong; and,3) You're dropping a few more bucks than you would just for their grinder and you're getting a jar to keep your little buddies in, a tiny tray, and a semi-discreet box to store it all in.DISLIKED:Here are my reasons for the "eh" review:1) The listing states "plenty of storage space to neatly organize your herbs, spices, and smoking accessories..." Um, no. There is barely enough space for the grinder, jar, and tiny tray. Sometimes the tray gets in the way and makes it difficult to close, and when it does, you feel like you might bend the little tray. There is no room for a lighter, or any other accessories.2) The actual box I received has a large "knot" on the lid, right in the middle, next to the logo. Ugly af, but whatever.3) The logo looks like it didn't transfer and apply all of the way and it appears splotchy.4) The tray has nicks along the inner tray groove, exposing the metal.5) The product description says there is a bag, however, there was no bag included.6) Customer Service. When I contacted the seller via FB, I received a response with a few days. I informed them of the issues, to which they replied "thanks for the feedback" and then proceeded to ask for my review, so here is my review. They did not acknowledge my issues with their product, they just asked me to do them a favor and leave a review. I have yet to receive a response via my message through Amazon. These little things wouldn't bother me if it wasn't for the fact that this was a gift. When I am paying for a "new" item, I expect it to include everything it should (everything listed in the item description) and not have several flaws that could have easily been caught by QC.Now...the grinder is good. It isn't mind-blowing or anything like some of the reviews for it come across, but it gets the job done. It does have a unique design. The herb catch chamber "sits" on top of the pollen catch chamber. Apparently there were issues with the herb catch chamber and pollen catch chamber accidentally separating when you would open the grinder to retrieve your product. This has been remedied, however, you still need to be mindful (which isn't always easy, considering what you may be using this for, right?) as I nearly removed the herb catch on accident when I opened the grinder. That would have been no bueno.Overall, the grinder isn't bad. I don't quite understand all of the glowing reviews. Maybe people have never heard of or used a grinder before?The stash box, minus the issues (the cosmetic defects, missing item, and misleading claims about plenty of storage) does it's job and makes a nice gift. This can easily go unnoticed sitting on a shelf, however, I wouldn't leave it sitting out in plain sight (e.g. a coffee table) if discretion is a concern.Overall, would I buy this again as a gift? Sure. I can only hope that the issues with my order are an exception.

It was 2:00 a.m. when I bought this after searching for, for way longer than I'd like to admit, a new perfect jar, grinder, and a little tray for my desk and traveling. I was really skeptical at first when I found this combo lock box with everything I was looking for AND MORE for around $20, but I got it anyway, and I'm so happy I did.My first impression upon receiving this kit was instantly that this company cares... a lot. They care about appearance, quality, and the efficiency of their products. And they clearly care about us for putting all these quality items together at such an affordable price. Everything feels and seems to be very well made.The box is sturdy and the perfect size, imho. It does come with a little foam divider to keep the jar and grinder separate but that can be removed if you want. The jar is glass with a plastic lid, and the screw thread on the outside of the jar. The tray is tin, very well made, and a super convenient size that will also fit in the box with everything else. The grinder is beautiful, a great size, and you can check out the reviews on its own page here on Amazon, all of which are mostly positive. I haven't messed with the smell proof bag yet so I can't touch on that. Lastly, this kit also comes with a little card where you can redeem a free gift and a sticker (yay stickers)I'm highly impressed. This was literally perfect to me. If there was anything I had to dig deep to nitpick about it would be that the jar lid could at least be tin as well or something. But I'm judging this product all for what it is at $20 and not what it could have been for more, so with that I give this whole kit 5 stars. Thank you for this wonderful deal.

I purchased this because I wanted a nice way to lock my items up and needed a new grinder and storage container.The container is nice and very sturdy.The grinder is awesome and grinds with ease.The rolling tray is just large enough.The box itself is why the lower star rating. It has a lock and 2 keys, after an hour of trying to lock the box per the diagram provided, I realized this box won't lock. Sucks because the main reason I ordered this was to have a 'keep sake" for when I'm away. This has let me down but the other items are good.Update: I reached out to the seller to address the box lock issue and was completely ignored. Changing my rating to one star, I believe they know about the lock issue and continue to mislead consumers.

This kit is a steal! I've had a few grinders over the years and this one is hands down the best I've ever used, it's even better than my $100 Space Case of roughly the same size. I wasn't expecting much with the price for this but I was blown away by the quality of the grinder, the machining on it beautiful and when you're grinding it spins flawlessly. I also really like the way this grinder is designed, when you're done grinding you unscrew the top half and the reservoir with the pollen screen simply lifts out instead of having to unscrew that too. The smell proof of the case seems to work well too! I left it in the car all day and couldn't smell anything when I came out that evening. 10/10 I would definitely purchase this again and plan on ordering one for my friend's birthday in a few months. I look forward to more products from this company.

Firstly the pros: there is no doubt the grinder is the star of this item. It is so sharp I nearly cut my finger and the compartments are if good size.The smell proof glass jar is made of thick glass and a wooden lid and has some weight to it.The smell proof bag and carry cone are of good quality and not thin material.The rolling tray is metal and the wooden organiser is a nice touch with both grinder and pot having its own place.Cons:To be honest the only con, which is a major one is the box came with splits down every corner - which is a shame because it is made of a really sturdy quality wood.This did not happen in transit because the item is wrapped so well it is really protected - which once again makes it an even bigger shame because it was manufactured like this and sent out like it.Another con in my case was that I brought it for someone for Christmas and because it is coming from America it would take too long to send a replacement. Amazon kindly gave a £15 refund (which I asked for because my husband said he could repair it with the right equipment which we ordered with the money) but under different circumstances I would of definitely sent it back.It is not a cheap item and to have it made so poorly then sent out is a big disappointment

Love everything about the product however the locking mechanism can be a bit temperamental. Doesnt always work properly, sometimes the key will just turn round without locking/unlocking the box

Considering most grinders are around 30 bucks for a decent one getting the box jar and everything else is worth the little extra ! I'm definately happy!!

My boyfriend loves it! Plus no more mess on the counter! 👍
