NutriRise Hydrolyzed Collagen Complex, Maximum Strength 1500 mg: Multi Collagen Peptides Supplement for Skin Care, Hair, Nails & Joints, Anti-Aging Amino Acid Supplement for Men & Women, 90 Count

I starting taking the NutriRise Multi Collagen Types I, II, III, V, X capsules after the brand I previous brand I used (NutriFlair) added the herbal ingredients Ashwaganda extract and and Amla Berry extract to the capsules (why they did this is questionable, and if I hadn't read the label carefully, I would have missed it) - this is dangerous to do with no warning as many herbal ingredients react adversely with various prescription medicines. They also changed the capsule to one made of Methylcellulose instead of Gelatin.I chose the NutriRise Collagen capsules because they have all the same required Hydrolyzed collagen peptides that you need, the price is reasonable, they are made in the USA in an FDA registered facility, lab tested with all natural ingredients They also use a Gelatin capsule. The dosage as stated on the bottle is listed as 3 capsules per day (1500mg), taken a 1 time or spaced throughout the day. I take only 1 capsule daily which works fine for me as my knees are much improved with little pain there as well as other joints (no pain in my hips at all).The capsule is on the larger size so I open it up and stir the collagen into an individual serving size Greek yogurt with fruit (you could put it into any soft food I suppose if you find swallowing large capsules difficult to swallow), you can also put it in your mouth (moving it around a bit) till the capsule softens a bit before swallowing it - I just prefer it in the yogurt as I don't like swallowing large pills of any kind.I have been taking collagen for over 2 years (I started with a combo joint pill that had only 50mg of collagen, so when I began using the total collagen I started with 1 capsule ,500mg - 1/3 of the 3 capsule 1500mg daily dose - each day, which was more than my previous intake. I figured if I needed more I could increase this. The one capsule worked fine for me, so I kept on with it. I would suggest the same to anyone who is just starting taking the collagen. If you need more (never to exceed the 3 daily/1500mg dose!) you can increase it. If you have never taken collagen (especially for joint pain) give it a little time (several weeks) to see if you need more daily. The added benefit for me is that the 90 capsule bottle lasts 3 months.Once you settle on your dosage you can get on the Amazon program that ships at preset intervals (you also save a little on this). This is my second bottle of the NutriRise Collagen and am very pleased with the product and will continue to purchase this product.

I was looking for a collagen product hearing about all the great benefits. I have only been taking this product for about 2 weeks, so I don't think I have seen its full effects yet. Already I can tell my body looks a little bit tighter, my hair feels softer and my skin looks better. I now have started to have my husband take it because he always complains of a lot of pain. He has not complained of pain since he's been taking it. I am excited to see what else this product does for both of us in the coming weeks!

My nails had become ridged and would snap off easily. Also, my hair was thinning. I am 67 so aging is probably the culprit. I have taken this product for about 2 weeks and see an improvement in my nails. They are smoother and no longer breaking as they grow out. Too early to see real change in my hair but I am hopeful.

Update: Been taking this for a while now and I love this product. It does so well with my nails. So far so good. I’ve always heard that biotin and collagen were good for you and was taking biotin for a while but my nails were still breaking so I decided to try collagen and so far so good. My nails aren’t breaking and seem to be stronger. Not sure if it’s suppresses my appetite or if it’s helping with my hair but I’ll continue to look out. I’ll definitely keep taking these though. 100% recommend.

I am not for sure why there are reviews on here mentioning that people were unable to get the free body. I was able to easily access their website and get the free bottle. As for the product, so far it is great. I bought it to help my joints since I am a runner. I have felt considerably less pain. I usually get pain in my knees when temperature drops or it rains and so far have none. Also, it has helped my skin tremendously! I highly reccomend this product it has all the major types of collagen that make up our body.

Did these improve my skin, hair, and nail health? Unclear. Did they contribute to my once every two weeks kidney stones I had for the year I was taking them? Even harder to say. As a matter of coincidence, I stopped taking them two years ago and haven't had a kidney stone since.

No stomach distress, none! Easy to digest. I am very pleased. Using this for my skin and hair concerns, scalp as well. The skin on my face is looking a bit more full. Not quite ready to do facial fillers. 👎. This will do quite nicely. Also received the free bottle by going to the website on the bottle cap. Good product.

It is definitely a great product. I have more color in my face. My hair is growing rather quickly!! It helps joints as well. An it’s easy to take!! I take one in morning an one in the evening. Try you’ll like it. Remember it make take a couple days to get in your system.
