So far so good! I’ve used it three times and two of the 3 my curls have been gorgeous!!! Super helpful too rather than air drying.

The serum was not in the package and it smelled musky like it was sitting for a while. It is very large and it did not fit on my hair dryer. I liked the idea that the extra attachments came with it.

This hair diffuser is the best I have ever used, and I have bought a lot of different diffusers!I love the bent design of it, it makes it much easier to dry my hair while standing upright. My neck does not get sore anymore from twisting in odd ways to dry my hair. The bowl is so big and fits so much hair. My favorite attachment is the lifter with the long fingers. I have fine hair that makes it difficult to get volume at the roots of my wavy/curly hair. The lifter is perfect for drying the roots without causing frizz.

Very upset the first one I got box was damaged and the tine on the kne diffuser piece is broken. 2nd on I just received is clearly used has makup all over it a reeks of perfume. Really????? Not thrilled for the price you pay.

I can't say this is good or bad. I tried it a few times and it's just really heavy for everyday use. I think the diffuser itself is good but my xtava is better.

Everyone’s hair is different; so, for some, this might be a miracle tool. For me, it was very “adequate.” Did it do a good job? Yes, but so did my $25 diffuser. (Plus, my cheaper diffuser stayed on my hairdryer more securely than this one!) For the price of this item, I did expect better results. I thought I would love all the different attachments; however, they were annoying to change out, so I ended up using the same attachment all the time. (Also, they are fairly big and bulky - they take up an unexpected amount of space when storing the ones I’m not using. Not a complaint - just an observation.) Anyway, it doesn’t seem worth the hassle of swapping out the attachments when the results didn’t change much from one attachment to another. One thing I do love - the oil that was included! I do think that helped... plus, I enjoy the scent. Do I hate the product? No. Would I purchase again? No, because (for my hair) the results are only minimally better than much cheaper items; therefore, I can’t really justify the price of this item.
