I bought this product to help my mother in law with her struggle over toothpaste tubes with arthritis and blindness but it was absolutely useless. First of all, the dispenser can NOT be adhered to the wall because the charger is at the back and sticks out further than the adhesive tape sheets. Also,the ON/OFF button is located behind the dispenser so you cant reach it if it is stuck to the wall??? Furthermore, it won't work if it is on the charger and doesn't hold a charge for more than a couple of hours. It's a complete waste of money. We tried to get it to charge for a week and it's a very poor design. It looks great but doesn't work worth $#!+ and it is going back. Buyer beware...this is total garbage.

The unit doesn't create a vacuum, so you have to squeeze the air out of the tube nearly each time you try to get some toothpaste.It works, but if you need this as an accessibility tool, look elsewhere.**Update**I recently learned my child has twisted the ring on the top of the unit. Now that I corrected this the toothpaste is pulled and the unit operates without touching.

This product has really helped with my oral hygiene routine by containing everything into one area off of the countertop and distributing a more sensible amount of toothpaste for each brushing.I will say that you want to make absolutely certain that where you place the mounting sticker is where you want the unit because that thing is not going anywhere!It takes a little fussing to get the toothpaste tube inserted properly but once there it works fantastic! However, I did notice that if you twist it too far, the nozzle of the toothpaste tube can snap off inside the unit. It isn't challenging to remove since the soft silicone allows you to pull the plastic out with the help of a pair of tweezers, but it is a little disappointing to have it break.Super easy to clean when you change out the tube and/or need to unstop any toothpaste stuck to the dispensing end! Really happy to have purchased this despite those above mentions. I feel it is worth it just for the little extra ease that comes with having a precise amount each and every time without fighting with the cap on a tube of toothpaste.

It just did not work in any way, despite following all instructions and even looking up video instructions. It was just broken and defective. We did not get our money back because we didn't have time to mail the defective product back. Probably good anyways, because another reviewer said their's arrived broken and with toothpaste clogged inside it. So if we had returned it it probably would have been sent directly to one of you.

I received this item and though it would be great for my kids. I was wrong. The instructions on how to put it together were not user friendly and when the tooth paste dispenses it has to be cleaned after every use. I am hoping that I just got a defective item but I definitely will not be ordering again. On a positive note the charge lasted extremely long.

Really disappointed with the inconsistency of the amount of toothpaste dispensed each time. A proper amount of toothpaste is dispensed only about 2 out of 10 times, and sometimes nothing is even dispensed. Worse yet, residual amounts of toothpaste build up at the bottom of the toothbrush compartment. I’ve had to wash out more toothpaste from the toothbrush compartment than the toothpaste that got on my toothbrush – what a waste of toothpaste. Returned it after 4 weeks.

My daughter loved it, ut has lots of room for storage and has a clean finish, we put it on the wall and it adhered fine so far, the only thing I would say is to be careful when placing the adhesives since the storage slides on top of them they might slide down before you stick them and end up a bit crooked. I am not sure if they sell the adehsives separately but it would be nice or to have an extra one on the original set.
