This is indeed easy to install and seems quite sturdy to hold up to my large dog. The zipper is quite a useful bonus, and the different size adjustments makes it perfect for me to use in the area I need it since sometimes I need to close it off smaller/closer but mist of the time can afford more room. The adhesives are holding up well so far. I'm happy so far and hope it lasts like it seems it will.

What a horrible product, I went against my better judgement and ordered it in spite of all the negative reviews. Well, they are all correct. The adhesive hooks don't stay on the wall, our dog pushes under the bottom and escapes with zero resistance from this "gate", and I am still not sure what the two extendable "pointing" sticks are for. If you are looking for something that works, is easy to install, and that you won't have to redesign yourself then don't look at this product.With that being said, I did rework the install and used screw in hooks in place of self adhesive hooks included and now it stays up but our dog just walks through the bottom. At least the design has a place you can thread a rod through to make the bottom stiff and prevent the dog from escaping. But buying a product shouldn't have to require you to figure out work arounds to get it to work.

Ok. But just ok. The sticky wall mounts included with the gate may be fine for you, as long as it’s not messed with by dogs or cats. I’ve found that my dogs don’t pass the gate. However, my cat tries to pass under it, and that force can make the mounts fall off the wall. I replaced them with command hooks and now we’re good to go. The cat did rip it a little by running into it. So it’s not the sturdiest design in the world. I’d consider it sufficient to contain well behaved animals. Probably...

The sticky "glue" is good quality the hooks are a thin plastic. I can see this working for a perfectly straight wall on both sides and the width of the wall must match the mesh gate or it doesn't work. It stuck well the first try but adjusting the gate and hooks to fit was a disaster. It was either too short or not tight enough. If your door way on longer than normal this isn't for you. The hooks are short so the holes don't stay unless it is tight and the bottom sits above the floor board and gaps in the middle leaving room for my large dog to push through. Once I got the middle hooked tight to the floor the zipper came off the track.Bummed it doesn't work for my house but would if you have a smaller door way and can hook it flat on the walls. The quality was better than I was expecting for the price.

It certainly was easy to set up but absolutely useless to keep my 8 lb dog where she was supposed to stay. Even with tight anchorage when you set it up the bottom has no tightness. I set it up so that it was flush with the floor, no gap visible. No matter how tight I adjusted it my little dog was easily able to just wiggle underneath it. Maybe it would work for a 25lb dog. I doubt it would be sturdy enough for a 40lb or over pet. The gate is not sturdy enough to withstand a bigger pet jumping on it as we all know dogs would do. The stickies (the circular ones) are not the best either. Overall disappointed :(

I thought this gate would be a good idea, easy to install and keep my small dogs confined to my kitchen. I was wrong. My dogs easily went under the mesh no matter how tightly I stretched it. Returned.
