Very good sounding bell! It is a bit loud but times are softer too!

Not reliable
It's sound is very soft but volume is quite low. But the worst part is that it malfunctions frequently. If you press the switch it keeps on ringing until you remove the battery and re-fix it. Not recommended for purchase.

Product description does not clearly mention that the bell needs batteries. It came as a surprise to me as I was looking for a bell purely working on AC mains.

Not working properly
purchased this item on 14 Jan 2024.Bell is not working properly, the bell is continuously ringing when used and not stopping. Since there is one year warranty mentioned, can I expect replacement of this product with Anchor by Panasonic Door Bell for Home | Calling Bell for Home | Ding Dong Bell for Home (38912)

This works with Battery
Seller did not mention/highlight that product won't work without battery. Also sound is not loud enough

Soft ding dong bell
It's ding dong bell but unlike a regular bell, this one is soft tone. The sound isn't jarring. However, it's very loud for a 2 bed apartment. I wish there was volume control. While you need to connect it to AC mains, it also needs 2 AA batteries to run.
