I air dry my roots with a blower first. I like to section hair, then Spray/add a heat protectant, I'm always busy & It really cuts drying dry time. For a more polished look; grab the hair by the root with a great round brush then use this brush facing other, & gently but tight pull down and hold a minute at ends with your round brush without the dryer to create bounce.

Omg!! I am...shooketh! I have 4b/c hair and typically my hair drying process is an arm fatiguing, hair tugging, half-day marathon! When I tell you that I got my hair dry and manageable in less than half of the time! Goodness! I am just without speech! I love Le Angelique products and so I was elated to be the first one to review this MUST HAVE dryer! I used the Le Angelique heat protector as well and it left my hair tangle free, shiny and without frizz...I just... Another amazing thing about this dryer is that while it dried my hair I didn't feel like I was in a cauldron from hell on my neck and scalp! It's a must have! I mean...instead of having to have a brush in one hand and a dryer in the other it's a one step process now!!! Why are you still reading this!!!? Omg, try it! I am just ... It's kind of bulky and large but it detangles and quickly blows your hair dry without ouch or damage. You can do longer hair with a lot less effort.
