Trying to rectify

Initially disappointed but these people are working hard to make good the items

Simple to assemble

Good value for money great delivery service but the quality definitely is not there! The tops have chrome trim around them which frankly looks a little kinked all the way making it a little on the cheap looking side. Also 1 stool has a completely mis-shapen seat base on it and another makes a funny little noise when you get off it! You get what you pay for I guess!

2 stools came in a box ....30 minutes later they were perched next to the breakfast bar.They are classy looking, not tacky at all. the high back is connected to the seat ...so there is no wobbling.Assembly was a piece of cake....4 philips drive screws locate easy enough underneath, the hydraulic ram is simple to locate in the base.These stools are worth every penny...smart, shinny, easy wipe seat....easy asssembly.great Buy....highly recommended
