Much better flavor than the original. My son gets sick for car rides. He is 7 years old and we sometimes drive 3-4 hours to another state. He only needs a half dose most of the time. Occasionally I also get motion sickness if I'm not the one driving so will take a half dose and it works for me. I'm 150lbs so am happy it works even just 1 tablet.

As the headline says, it keeps my kid from barfing in my car but he hates taking it because he says it tastes so bad. Hence the loss of a star.
