The lifting hooks were perfect for my needs. I have had double elbow surgery and have had my grip give out before my shrug set is done. I an not a super heavy lifter, but I know these would hold a lot more weight that I use them for. Very good quality and comfortable.

These hooks are complete crap.I have an old wrist injury, and my grip strength suffers as a result. I decided to try these hooks out.I was doing deadlifts in the 300# range, and the metal rectangular rings that hold the hooks onto the strap just bent and tore completely out of the strap. I was doing a proper form deadlift with no yanking, and 300# is not much weight for that kind of failure on a lifting strap/hook.These lasted 2 and a half deadlift sessions.

THEY ARE GOOD BUT I THINK THEY COULD'VE MADE DE HOOK MORE BENDED TO GET BETTER GRIP

I've been using these for about 4 months now. I have arthritis in one hand which prevented me from heavier deadlifting. These cuffs work great if you have reduced grip strength. The cuffs appear well-constructed and are durable, although I suppose it depends on how heavy you are lifting. I'm only up to 145 lb deadlifts so your mileage may vary.

Broke first day

Good fit, tight and snug. However, hooks dont hang perpendicular to ground, so you tend to hang on to them quite firmly. In my case i have big hands and this is not very comfortable over time. Prefer the straps, but this is a great product specially for hanging form a bar.

They are big but I'm 6 ft 240 and fit my hands really well, mounts the bar great
