Very easy to install, These work great! Remote device on the inside transfers real easy! You have to make sure you can find a vendor to cut the key part!! But when done you have new keys!!!

If the product was durable and assembled properly it would be great, especially for the price. Unfortunately, neither of them fit together properly which causes them to come open, pieces falling everywhere, when the slightest bit of pressure is applied, like turning the key in the ignition to start the car. Very unsatisfied with the product as I have already lost some buttons for one when this happened on my first use of the product.

Well, the first one broke after about two months. Problem is when you assemble it, the little plastic piece that holds the key in only has a screw on one side to secure it, the other side is just held down by the shell when you snap it together. Good thing it was in a two pack. Got smarter on the second one. When I got the key in the holder I dabbed a bit of epoxy in the base before pressing the key/holder into place and installing the screw. Then before I snapped the cover on I added more epoxy in the little cavity on the non-screw side and also on the flat side facing up so as to fill any void/space when the lid is on. We'll see how that works, but it will have to be stronger than how it was designed.Original review:Hardest part of the whole operation was separating the old key shaft from the old housing. You basically just destroy the old plastic and free the "key" portion. Goes right the holder and into the new shell. BE SURE TO REMOVE THE "CHIP" AND PUT IT IN THE NEW HOLDER. It's a little rectangular metallic piece, a little tough to pry out of the old housing. Probably could have just cut in to plastic with a utility knife. Don't know how long it will last, but for now I like it.

Would have liked it more if there was all the pieces, might have been a mistake but didn't have the red alarm button on one of the remotes. Also very difficulty to keep the shel closed tight. Has opened up on me a few times.

so far so good. don't forget the chip in the original car key case. I have to broke the broken original car key case it to get that chip.after used for 4.5 months, the key case broken, luckily, I have two. So these two cases might last for 9 months I guess.

It arrived fast and safe. It is of nicer quality than other shell I've bought. Electronics are not included. I was able to pry the key of my broken fob and mount it on here and the remote fitted perfectly. Awesome solution.
