I bought the product for battery life when away from home and also for protection of phone if dropped. It protects the phone very well. It’s also very lite in weight, But the disappointment is the main reason I bought the battery case…FOR THE BATTERY!! It doesn’t hold a charge long enough for anything! I just started using it right before my father died (2 wks ago). I had to go out of state to a funeral. I took the battery case with me thinkn it was gonna help me not have to worry about charging my phone on the road and anywhere else for that matter. Got on the road and I noticed my phone had dropped down to 37% battery left so I clicked the battery case button to charge my phone. It kept flashing and going off! It stayed on for a few seconds and went right back off. Never charged my phone. I had to use my charger cord in the vehicle to keep my phone charged the whole trip. I will never buy this product from this manufacturer again!! Do not purchase…it’s a waste of time & money!!

From the get go the case would only partially charge (never more than the first light) even when left to charge overnight. I tried different cords and chargers with the same result. This was a replacement for the same case which worked for a month and then wouldn’t charge past the first blue light. The little charge it does get works to charge the phone but it’s not enough.

I like to use iPods and my older iPhone runs out of juice FAST. If I hook it to the battery charger, it's back up to 100% within a few minutes. It does add bulk, but that's expected. I just wish the case had a rubber finish because the metal makes the phone hard to keep in your hand, at least for me.

Doesn’t work. Doesn’t charge, won’t allow phone to bypass the case to charge. Headphones do not work while case is on.Seller continues to harass me by email asking me to change my review in exchange for a refund. They will not give me a refund as promised on thier included pamphlet unless I update my review to something positive.

My Second battery. First one lasted a few years and charged phone completely. After a lot of use the charging port on battery wore out. I ordered a second battery because this battery has saved my phone use many times. It is heavy and does take awhile to charge fully but definitely is worth the money.

kept my battery charged for almost two days if I didn’t have heavy usage. My iPhone 7 would die in an hour just scrolling on Facebook and this would keep it charged all day! Very heavy though and the color started to peel so I couldn’t give it 5 stars. Would buy again if I needed though!

Well it worked great while it lasted which was not even a month. This was delivered on 8/7/19 and no longer works on 8/30/19. All lights are on indicating a full charge but when I press the button it won’t charge my phone. Item is also heavy and bulky.

After having the battery pack for approximately 2 months, my wife battery case stopped being able to charge my wife’s iPhone. I emailed the company but haven’t heard back from them. But the battery case I got has been working good so far. Thanks
