Very nice small tube bender

Easy to use, works as described. Great price.

It helped to replace my car's brake lines (3/16").Works as described.Bigger than I needed. probably the size of the tool is defined mostly by the larger OD tubes, the bending radius is larger than could be for 3/16". and not easy to start working with it.However, the work is done successfully. Happy with this tool.

This one didn't break

EVERYONE I know calls this type of pipe bender "The Pipe Kinker" , (and with good reason). I've seen people use heat, move the piece a little at a time, or even try to bend it slowly, and that all still pales in comparison to just filling the tube with sand.Just use some duct tape one one end to seal off the tube. Then fill the tube with sand (the smaller the grains of sand the better)*. Then tape off the other end.*NOTE - Fill the tube with sand completely, then tap it on a table, or something, to pack the sand down (add more sand if needed).Most of the metal tubes you will be bending with this are "soft" metals, so there's no support for them to keep their shape; you'll just crush the tube and the air inside. The sand has nowhere to go, so it supports the walls of the tube, thus helping it keep its shape.Attached are pics showing the tight 180 degree bend (which I turned into yet another spout for my cats water fountain). The inside radius is about 1.5 inches.

Did a brake line on a 66 gto without and problems. Turned out the way I wanted it to.

I used it to make a multitude of bends in a 5/16's copper fuel line for my land cruiser. It worked great.
