The product works, and sounds fine, however: (1) there is no cover for the CD so using it on a desktop means my cat sees a spinning disk, not ideal; (2) it does not tell you what track you are on. I listen to books and would like to keep track of where I am if I miss something; it does go back to where you were if you turn off the power, which is nice, but for this price range, I just think that's an obvious feather; (3) I cannot believe that you need to you have to use the (very small) remote control for useful things like pausing the CD. I cannot believe that the function is not on the unit itself and am scared of losing this remote control. (4) it's fairly stable, but wobbles a bit, as a desk unit, if touched or bumped. (5) the remote control battery came dead even though the plastic protector was in place. (6) I have not played with this much, but I did set the radio once and had been turning it off (when the remote control still did not work) to keep place on my CD...and when I went to radio again, it was reset. I really hope I'm missing something there or it's really dumb.

Before installing the wall mount first make sure the CD player is working. I was fortunate that I tried the CD player first. In hindsight a few other features that make this a con, the only way to play the CD is by remote. The 4 buttons on the top of the CD play only offer: Mode, Volume, and Next, and Previous. But as you can see from the pic the buttons blend into the frame as there is no contrast to the buttons so the remote is the only practical means to make this work. Also, this does not come with a cover (which is fine for me) but I wanted to call out that the diagram they present does not match with what you will receive. There's a one year vendor warranty so after reaching out to Amazon Product Support they provide me with the company's customer support email. So that email has been started. If they can replace this with a working one then I'll update the review to the working model once it's received.

1) Open play area, nothing covers the CD when it's in the player, and there's nothing protecting the laser if you don't leave a CD in it.2) The remote is difficult to use, and I think it's more the sensor on the player. Angle and distance has to be JUST right, and I've found I have to get up to use it half the time, defeating the purpose.

Bluetooth works ok, cd player doesn't work, won't read any cds, radio won't pick up any stations. Not worth the money. I would have been better off getting just a Bluetooth speaker.

I bought this specifically to play CDs and the CD player function didn't even work. The CD was not even able to spin. This is one of the cheapest options for a CD player, and it's worth it to spend ten or twenty extra dollars to get one that actually works. I had to return not one but TWO of these pieces of junk. DO NOT BUY!

Followed all directions and had another person try. Very disappointed that it would not work

The only problem with the unit was the CD wobbles all the time you can't use it with the CD the radio and sound and usability is awesome I had to give the overall just to Stars because of the CD

The CD player and Bluetooth did not work. I returned and ordered a replacement and the replacement didn’t work either.
