Originally purchased for myself then my wife found it and took it over.
This thing cuts amazing. We use it at least every other day for something. Mostly air fryer fries. The cuts are easy and uniform. The only thing I can say negative and not even that big of a deal is that I would love more surface area to cut/ slice to have longer fries. I will take that disadvantage over the ease of use. We have used for sweet potatoes, regular potatoes and jalapenos for coins/ pickling. So smooth. The suction cups work really well on our quartz countertops as well.

From Clumsy to Culinary Genius: A Tale of Survival
When you're as clumsy as me, kitchens aren't just cooking spaces—they're potential crime scenes. That's why discovering the ONCE FOR ALL Safe Mandoline Slicer has been nothing short of life-changing. Or should I say... finger-saving?This "Kitchen Chopping Artifact" (a name that sounds like it was translated by someone who flunked English but aced dramatic flair) promised to revolutionize my meal prep without requiring a blood sacrifice. Spoiler alert: it delivered.Assembly was so easy that even I—a person who once got a papercut from a banana—managed it without incident. The adjustable thickness settings from 0.1-8mm mean I can create everything from paper-thin cucumber slices for my fancy water to chunky sweet potato wedges that actually cook evenly. The true miracle? I still have all ten fingers! The safety features on this thing must have been designed by someone who watched me try to use a regular knife and thought, "We need to idiot-proof slicing for this disaster of a human."Last night, I julienned carrots. JULIENNED! Me! The person who once grated cheese and three fingernails in one go! I felt like I was hosting my own cooking show, except without the dramatic trip to the emergency room finale. And cleanup? Just tossed it in the dishwasher. No disassembling 47 tiny parts while fishing bloody bits of finger from between the blades.Five stars. Would recommend to fellow kitchen klutzes everywhere. My fingers thank you, ONCE FOR ALL, for this gray plastic miracle that lets me prep vegetables like a pro without prepping for a hospital visit.

Safe and convenient but an annoyance to fully clean, non-removable blade
It works well for slicing vegetables and stays in place with the powerful suction cups on the countertop and I don't regret buying it and get great use out of it but I have to ding it for two major and glaring flaws:1) It is a pain to clean properly. Unless you have a pressure washer it's a pain to clean, little chunks of sliced veggies get stuck in all kinds of nooks and crannies protected by the plastic housing which means most kitchen brushes cannot reach these chunks of food which if left will become breeding grounds for bacteria.Don't get me wrong, you can easily get a kitchen brush in and clean the blade itself and most of the surfaces that food contacts.I ran it through the dishwasher and the left over pieces of squash laughed at the jets and dish detergent, protected behind the plastic in nooks and crannies they couldn't be touched. It's definitely possible to clean but the brush they include is not going to last that long at the job. There are two key places, one at the bottom where two of the plastic grooved teeth surfaces nearly meet, at the bottom of the one facing the user things can get stuck there and on the top of the one facing it, additionally the top of the housing above the blade that moves can get pieces stuck there just atop the little retractable blades built into the back which normal kitchen brushes cannot reach. I'm going to try getting a paint brush but the clearance for both of these trouble spots is too little to even get a toothbrush through (you can if you angle it and push) easily and because of the channels |_|_|_| of plastic food gets caught and stuck on them and isn't washed away by my kitchen faucet even on spray mode. I may also try soaking the whole thing in a sink with a bleach and water mixture for an hour or so every so often as the bleach will probably eat away at enough of the food to dislodge it.2) The blade cannot be removed making the whole thing pretty disposable as an item once it's not sharp enough. For the price you shouldn't be surprised. But I was a little disappointed to see the blade is completely unremovable. It's riveted in. Meaning you can't take it out to clean, you can't take it out to sharpen, you can't take it out to replace it. It's still worth the price I paid but I would have paid $5 more without a second thought if they had screws I could use to remove the blade for sharpening, cleaning, etc instead.

You are gonna want one of these.
Oh yes this bad boy is a slicer-aholic. Mind the blades they are quite sharp. The plastic material is durable and the device is light weight. Has good suction to hold in firmly in place during use. I’ve tried a number of different cuts so it’s very versatile.

Cut veggies with ease!
This is pretty nifty! I used it to cut potatoes and make scalloped potatoes, which were all the same size. It was so quick and so easy.

Safe and versatile
This saved me after an unfortunate encounter with a traditional mandoline slicer. I feel much more confident using this one, and the matchstick/dice/julienne features are a wonderful bonus!

Eh
This slicer has a few different settings/functions which is nice. You slice, julienne, and dice, however you have to turn different knobs on the back. And to dice you have to run the product through twice. I love that it has a tube feeder and level so your hands never need to be near the blade, however, the shoot is small and so is the blade space on top.I tried doing potatoes but many were too big to fit in the shoot. So this will be great for smaller fruits and veggies but bigger ones will need some finessing. It has a bit of suction it keep I place while using. It is mostly plastic so I'm not sure about durability. I have only used it a few times as it was a bit disappointing.
