This notebook is awesome for any student who hand writes their notes. The "whiteboard" paper allows you to write and then simply wipe it off with a slightly damp cloth. When you do so, it completely gone, not a trace of you ink left of the paper. The pilot frixon pen can also be "erased" off with the use of the friction tip on the back of the pen. It is important to not that this does only work with pilot frixon pens. You cannot wipe off or erase any other ink.As far as the scanning and uploading capabilities, the app that they recommend that you use isn't anything special. I use a separate cellphone scanner app that I have used for quite some time that convert all my scanned documents into PDFs. That is another great feature about this product is that you don't have to use a specific app.The "leather" cover is nice even though it isn't real leather. But what do you expect for something under $30. My only regret is that I didn't get a black one. The brown is still nice is just isn't the shade of brown I was anticipating. Overall great binder, I would highly recommend it!!

I started using the notebook when it came in the mail. I was delighted with the quality and the ability to make changes by erasing. I admit being skeptical, but the erasure was clean and undetectable.

Love the idea and the actual functioning of it. It'll be easier to just have my things on my phone, tablet, and computer. I send them to my Google Drive and it works like a charm. This book is literal magic. It's easy to write on: doesn't necessarily FEEL like paper (but then again it isn't, so why feel that way?) but the Frixion pens write really well on it regardless. Be careful and allow a few extra seconds for the ink to dry so that it won't smudge. I set it up so that immediately after I scan it, it will show up into my drive.

I thought I was getting some tech-savy notepad to impress. Umm - no, not at all! Reaction was more like, “did I really get excited about this?? A notepad with shiny paper that only works with one kind of pen?”I expected it to somehow upload my notes to my computer...no again...you have to take a picture with your phone in their special app. I can easily take a pic of ANY notes on ANY paper and email/save it to get the same result, so this extra app makes no sense.I’m giving it three stars bc it is decent looking/useful as a “normal” notepad. And the paper is soft (if you’re into petting paper! Haha). And buying it forced me to try new pens that are now my favorite ever!! Aside from that, I’m returning it and getting a real leather one in 8x10 size since that consistently works best for client meetings - from both usefulness & presentation perspectives :)

This is the 2nd smart paper type notebook I have purchased. I used the spiral notebook before but the rings would get caught in the other things in my purse. This leather-covered notebook works much better because it slips easily in my purse and doesn't catch on anything.The cover is soft and feels like a good quality material. The inside cover has slots that will fit business cards, or small sticky notes. I use this for work to take notes in meetings, for school to take notes in class, and for home to keep a grocery and to-do list.

I'm really loving this notebook so far, granted I haven't had it for long but I've already written and erased several pages. The ruled pages are so much easier to use then the dot grid of my previous smart notebook. The paper in the Kystore book feels a lot more like traditional paper also. Frixion pen just glides over the page and writes so smoothly. Since the cam scanner app is no longer in the play store I'm using the Notebloc app which lets me crop and upload to google drive.

Very nice smart eraser notebook. I also purchased regular paper to add to the notebook. Just the right side to take to meetings or when traveling.

Great notebook for work. I've been using this notebook for work and for about a month now and it's withstood the wear and tear of weekly travel. Would recommend!
