Poorly designed and fails at its most impressive features.
I really wanted to like this chair. It looks fine, it assembles easily enough but the ability this chair has to recline was a major selling point, what they don't tell you is like a broken airline seat, once the chair is down you are not coming back up, you will need to drag this chair back up and then lock it back into place, each time. The resistance knob is essentially useless. without a spring mechanism that can allow things to rock back into place you are stuck having to lock it in place with a very hard to reach handle every time you adjust the seat or want to recline back for even a second. This is poor design avoid it at all costs. Very disappointing

Good product, if you are right for it (as weird as that sounds.)
The good ... straightforward to put together. Relatively clear instructions. Took me about 1/2 hour alone (probably would have been 20 minutes with a helper - but it can be done alone.) Solid construction. Screws tighten well, and everything fit. It is a solid chair with no wiggle. That said, it is clearly marketed as a "big and tall" chair. It is. I'm 6', and weigh about 160 - so, tall and skinny. The height of this chair is good - I could even be a bit taller. The width, however, assume a rather more hefty guy. I fill half the width of the chair. So, to sum up, bottom line, if you are tall and skinny this will be a bit too wide for you. If you are short and heavy, it will be a bit too tall for you. If you are 6"2", and weight 250 - 275 lbs, this chair is built for you.EDIT. Having lived with it for a week or two, I reduced it from four stars to three. First, because I've tightened the screws twice. The arms and back seem to get loose. But the biggest thing is that it topples easily. I reached over to one side of the chair to grab something off of a shelf, and the whole thing tipped over. As in I landed on the floor on my shoulder and head. Almost happened a couple of other times. Its okay as long as I'm aware of it, and make sure not to put too much of my weight on one side of the chair, but who the hell wants to have to be careful about sitting on a chair?

for big and tall only
I needed a new office chair to replace an older chair that I brought 3 years ago.So far it has been great. Easy to assemble, comfortable and seems solid.Let’s hope this will last more than 3 years before is started to sag like my old chair.Beware though this model is for big and tall only, I’m 6 feet and if I raise it up all the way my feet can’t even touch the floor.

Very comfortable, instructions skimpy
Very comfortable chair for an above average (6'-3", 225 lb) guy. Seems to be well made. Instructions very brief, requiring some experimentation and reasoning.UPDATE - After several weeks usage, some observations. A quality made chair, with some improvements needed:The chair seat does not tilt, which is unusual for an office desk chair. The seat cushioning may be a little this, as your "sit down" gets uncomfortable after a while. The back angle adjustment would be much more useful if the resistance were adjustable, so it could be left on and allow the user to lean back as needed.

It is really worth for its price
This office chair is for home use. None of my previous chair is over 100 bucks and can last over a year. They are either the leather start peeling off, or not able to adjust higher. So I looked for a more expensive chair without good quality.First, this chair is easy to assemble. Only took me 15 min to finish it. Also it came with a pair of golves which is thoughtful. But I didn't use it. Second, the foodrest function is awesome. My room is small. With this chair, I feel like I got a additional sofa in my room. At last, the quality is worth the paid. Have to admit the leather is the best so far compare to all my 100 dollars chairs.I am confident I can keep it much longer.

Not as easy to assemble as other reviewers claim
Finally got it assembled. It comes in pieces and it doesn't put together as easy (15 to 20 minutes) as some of the other reviewers claim. Perhaps they are quicker and handier than me. The instructions said there was a video but it wasn't in the box. After getting it together, it is comfortable and great looking. A classy addition to my office. The price is right and I can lay back, put my feet on the foot rest and take a snooze. No complaints other than the need to assemble it. However, this should not affect the choice to buy the chair. I admit I'm a mechanical klutz and I'm sitting in a fully assembled chair. It can be done. An allen wrench is provided to aid in assembly. I would buy this chair again...(even if I had to assemble the thing..)

First reclining office chair
I have had multiple office chair now but this is my first reclining office chair and I'm pretty amazed by it. I work quiet a bit from home and a comfortable office chair is a must, this one I can easily say it's the best of I've had. I watch TV and play games and work in the same room which I sit on my office chair for those. the best part about this chair is it reclines almost 180 degrees!!! I fall asleep on my office chair a lot and this chair just made it that much better! I can just recline and lay down like i'm on a couch. it even has the leg rest that you can just pull out and extend your legs. another great thing about this is how easy it is to assemble! it took me about 15 minutes to put the whole chair together. the leather is very comfortable and arm rest also adjust with the recline of the chair. This is by far the best office chair i've had. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone!

This is a solid, sturdy chair that is a value for the money.
This is a solid, sturdy desk chair, that has firm cushions that will probably help make it last. I have found the soft fluffy type of chairs tend to deteriorate quickly. I have a very sensitive back and the adjustable lumbar bar is a necessity for me and have found this chair’s to be spot on for my need. It is a solid value for the money.
